During my "dating career" as a man living in North America I couldn't help noticing that women often have unrealistic expectations. They see themselves being passed around by those high quality men they feel entitled for, failing to realize those few men are in high demand. Time passes, options shrink, their standards don't change and they wonder why they are still single.
The stats can prove there're not enough high quality men for every girl out there.
The Female Delusion Calculator is a tool that can help women discern what is realistic from what is highly unlikely.

I have recently gone the Brazilian route.
She is also religious and conservative.
But I still feel like I’m holding a tiger by the tail.
“Us Christians ought to talk about the joys of married sex more often,”
1 in 5 marriages is sexless. The couples never have sex. The number is not different for Christian marriages.
Yet, when was the last time you heard a sermon about the wife and husband’s obligation to have sex with each other? It’s in the Bible. Paul preached it.
Before we go touting marriage as sexual nirvana we need to get that problem fixed.
I typed my info in, and got a “down to earth” rating. If I double my income, I get “aspiring cat lady”.
lol
they would be LUCKY to get that guy!
they will most likely end up with a repeat criminal/ drug addict that is chronically unemployed and gets physical with them.
“Basically, a single man who’s into Jesus for real has his pick of chicks.
The pitfall in that scenario is the number of “reformed” women who had their party years, then found Jesus miraculously when the invitations diminished.”
You nailed that answer.
Plenty of women go through their party years, hit 30, and join a church specifically to find a husband. They aren’t looking for a godly man so much as a stable, responsible provider.
From 18-30 they looked for men in bars. From 30 onward they look for men in church. Not really a good catch for a godly man.
These are the same women who will leave their husband after two kids and they’ve turned 45 because they have “grown apart”.
thank you for that encouragement!
I think it’s best to look at it as who you want to partner with for the best outcome for both parties.
Best advice of the thread.
Should apply to everyone who really is looking for a mate.
If God closes that door there are reasons and you should follow Him.
I think maybe what happens is the man cheats with the younger girl, and the wife finds out and initiates a divorce.
That would explain both sides
Yep
1 in 5 ? um... that is hard to believe unless it includes a lot of VERY VERY old married couples who are not even able to have sex anymore
Yeah
Yep
—> Where does a widowed pastor find a woman who is all the things a Christian woman ought to be, a unicorn on the chart, as his wife was?
You could find her in Proverbs 31
😄
1 in 5 marriages are sexless. They never have sex.
I don’t know the number of marriages were sex is infrequent, but I suspect it’s more than 20% as sexless is 20%. Maybe another 30%.
So we’re talking about half of all marriages where sex is infrequent at best?
A wife “cutting off” her husband is absolutely unacceptable—at least from a biblical standpoint. Yes, so is adultery, but biblically cutting-off your husband is as serious a sin as adultery.
“5 Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 1 Cor 7:5”
“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea. Mark 9:42”
Most people assume the Mark passage only applies to children. It doesn’t, as we are ALL children of God. The real lesson here is that anyone that deliberately commits an action that causes another to sin has also sinned.
If a wife cutts-off her husband knowing this will cause him to be temped to commit adultery she’s too has committed a sin.
You will find her description in Proverbs 31.
The question is, "where will you find her?"

870,000 in the country.
...time to load up the RV and hit the road

Two words: varicose veins
Except the statistics show that women are MORE likely to cheat than men.
Women are more likely to cheat than men – here’s why (NY Post, not some blog)
Should be a checkbox for Arkansas: number of teeth
