1 in 5 marriages is sexless. The couples never have sex. The number is not different for Christian marriages.
Yet, when was the last time you heard a sermon about the wife and husband’s obligation to have sex with each other? It’s in the Bible. Paul preached it.
Before we go touting marriage as sexual nirvana we need to get that problem fixed.
1 in 5 ? um... that is hard to believe unless it includes a lot of VERY VERY old married couples who are not even able to have sex anymore
And usually it’s about a woman’s obligation towards her husband. Nobody ever mentions men who aren’t interested in sex.
I’ve had people who do marriage counseling tell me that happens and it’s more common than you’d think. I was kind of shocked considering how men are portrayed as such testosterone driven creatures.
