I’m the same. I spent my childhood near the ocean in Florida. I love the ocean but that’s all. I love my mountains more.
We took a road trip several years (decades) ago. The flats of Colorado and the plains of Kansas gave me the creeps. I didn’t feel comfortable until we hit the Rockies. I’ll keep my rolling hills and mountains (Appalachians).
