The grim discovery was made in the town of Pisky-Rad'kivs'ki in the north of Ukraine, around 15 miles to the east of the city of Izyum.

This may indeed be a false story. I don’t know. but the sheer amount of copium on the part of putinistas is astounding.
Explicit propaganda is just another by-product of the fog of war. Maybe this all happened, to a greater or lesser extent, but sensationalizing the reporting does nothing to tamp down the bursts of fury needed to keep men engaged in a very dangerous and deadly game.
This kind of report is designed for only one purpose, to goad and inflame the populace and the military into the continuation of the meat grinder.

I remember that story. And of course, we've seen the sort of stuff Palestinians claim... pictures of the same little girl being carried out of four different bombed out buildings... I don't believe much anymore.
