If Jonathan had really had an education that involved actual facts instead of revised history, he’d have known that the big contention about the 3/5ths thing was mainly concern by the NORTHERN states that SOUTHERN states would be entitled to more House of Representative members if blacks were fully counted 1 for 1 as residents of the Southern states, and the NORTH couldn’t have a lock on everything.

I find this fact, ( some have accused me of apophenia ), to be quite compelling.
The 3/5ths rule counted only 60 percent of the black population for purposes of apportionments of congressmen from each State to the House of Representatives.
Therefore 2/5ths or 40 percent of the Black population was virtually nonexistent for apportionment purposes.
Irony: Since Roe v. Wade in 1973 which was overwhelmingly passed by Democrats, 40% percent or 2/5ths of the African American community has been aborted and in effect has caused 2/5ths of the aforementioned population to no lounger count and not just virtually not count but literally not count!
Therefore, I apportion 100 percent of the blame to Democrats.

Meanwhile, in the real world, the Democratic party was the pro-slavery party. American never segregated the races. The Democratic party segregated the races. With Black-on-Black crime running high and the Black community in desperate need of police protection, it’s the Democratic party that defunds the police (black neighborhoods only).
President Trump brought the Black unemployment down to the lowest level in history. Biden is bringing illegal immigrants in with the predictable result of lowering wages in many of the fields where Blacks are employed.
