I could be wrong, but I don’t think most people have any opinion at all about his wife and wouldn’t even know her name.

He is probably trying to lose lots of weight. His eyebrows look “fat” also.
He is probably receiving diuretics....so he is losing lots of fluid everywhere,but the fat takes longer.
Definitely he is a potential medical disaster. His handlers will govern for him. He is the figurehead of government incompetence and graft.
Looks like a tumor, probably benign since he’s had it at least 4 years. Pic is from September 2020. That same month he’s pictured wearing some weird neck coverings.
It was visible in 2018, larger in 2020, still there in 2021 and still there on Friday at a rally in Pittsburgh (he was once again wearing a hoodie to conceal it).

Reminds me, though, that a week or so ago I heard Herr Fetterman had gone into his MD’s office and had complained about a growth on his head and that when the doc pulled back his hoodie’s hood he was astounded to discover the world’s ugliest toad growing there.
“Good God, Man, cried the medico, how did that hppen?”
To which the toad replied, “I dunno, Mate but it began as a lump on me bum.”
Shunt implanted after his stroke.
