Had a friend with a lump like that there (and others elsewhere on his body). His doc told him it was just fat deposits, but it turned out to be lymphoma, from which he passed away a few years ago.
I don’t think this is even a recent photo. Those I’ve seen show that the swelling is even larger now. Obvious why he wears hoodies. He’s trying to hide it but he claims he’s wearing the hoodie to identify with the average working man.
