A new play about Joan of Arc, where she is non-binary and uses the pronouns 'they' and 'them', was today branded offensive and sexist by feminists. It is billed as 'questioning the gender binary' but academics have called it 'a violation of history'.

Like it or not, the axiomatic binary phenomenon exists, and has all down through history. Denial gains nothing but blank stares from the vast majority of people.

“Non-binary” is a purely social construct, and has no physical equivalent in the biological disciplines. There are no true human hermaphrodites, either.

She wore men’s clothing because she was fighting battles and hanging out with very rough men. The Church actually recognized her need to wear mens cloths and women in similar positions were granted the right to wear men’s cloths. Joan was imprisoned in a cage n a dungeon. She agreed to only wear women’s cloths. The guards took her female attire and left only men’s cloths. She put on the men’s cloths for modesty and was discovered violating her agreement and that was part of the crime that sentenced her to burn at the stake. It is interesting no mention is made of Joan’s religious convictions or miracles that surrounded her war against the English.

Incredible that there would be confused gender roles at The Globe. Where the men are men, and the women are men, too.

Women are getting assaulted on all fronts by the LGBT.

I have little sympathy ... women (collectively) have a long and foul history of supporting democrats and "diversity", and feminism has always been a poisonous ideology.

I was blown away when I first read, ‘The Personal Recollections of Joan of Arc’ by Mark Twain, which he considered his best work of fiction. It was based on the facts of Joan’s life, much of which exists in the record of her trial.

Twain spent seven years doing research and made several trips to France before he ever began writing. He greatly admired the ‘Maid of Orleans’, and you can feel it in every page.

It is a fascinating, swashbuckling read, and I am amazed more people aren’t aware of it. Why anyone would feel the need to “play” with her life in this way is beyond me. Well, actually it is not. It is the means to an a-’woke’ end, using St. Joan as a vehicle.

You can read ‘The Personal Recollections of Joan of Arc’ online for free at Project Gutenberg and at other online libraries. Here is the Gutenberg link to the book. https://www.gutenberg.org/files/2874/2874-h/2874-h.htm

William Shakespeare is rolling over in his grave. Here a gay theater is doing Romeo & Julliett with two gay men. Can’t these idiots leave classics alone?

they should just go all the way and depict Joan of Arc as a tranny. Why not just feed women that ultimate “men are the better women than you!” exrement sandwich one more time? They seem to love doing it.

She was a girl. A 14 year old who went in and fought bravely and wisely.

Joan of Arc was 17 when she left her village to begin her campaign and 19 when she was burned at the stake.
