I’ve found those that use it daily likely have had multiple concussion-type events. Mine stem from childhood.

I haven't been this angry in nearly 45 years, when I was in the Army. It was during a battery-level training evaluation that I erupted.
Put simply, my battery commander was a great staff officer that should have never been allowed near soldiers. He wasn't holding Platoon Leaders' feet to the fire, only one of the 4, a West Pointer, was demonstrating competence.
I wore two hats at the time, XO and Maintenance Officer. After making the rounds in the field, I came back to see my First Sergeant, sitting on a tree stump, muttering "it's over."
"Top, talk to me, what's going on?" He had 3 tours in Nam as an infantry First Sergeant, and this was his reaction? Turned out that the BC encoded coordinates incorrectly for a mission, and the Platoon Leader did not challenge him, even though that mission violated Air Defense Artillery principles.
I told the First Sergeant, "I got this", and got angry in the evening mission briefing. The BC was catatonic, withdrew into a shell. I took the last ten minutes to try and wake up the Platoon Leaders. I laid out a plan for them to follow the next, and final day: told them exactly what each of their soldiers would do, if they wanted to pass. I'd taken 3 of the 4 platoons successfully through their tac evals, and I knew the "game".
Little did I know that the Evaluation Team Chief was outside our tent, yep, he heard everything.
He came up to me, and with a big grin said, "LT, that was beautiful."
I still got a lousy efficiency from the BC, due to the many disagreements we had, but it was worth it.
It's not just getting angry, it's educating yourself on knowing what needs to be done, and being able to communicate in clear language. It means being prepared for what's coming, to have the resources when they are needed. And yes, to provide the words our supporters will need for the time they are needed.
Consider that most are using it for pain mgmt rather than MSM/gov using it to judge your fellow man.
“Judge not lest you be Judged” <= I think this is a warning more to believers looking down on others (mostly non-believers). Think about who is most likely to read, and meditate on (wrestle with) God’s word.
You are surrounded by a lot of love here. Let yourself see some good today, some light. Someone very very dear to me suffers from depression. A hot tea with sugar is very comforting.

I noticed my teeth were hurting yesterday and then realized my jaw has been clenched for two days. I drink beer and noticed I’ve been putting them down twice as fast for those same two days.
Yesterday afternoon, I went outside and tidied up the tomato plants. I mean to bring a beer out with me but forgot. That was a good thing really. I felt better after having distracted myself for an hour. I plan to do the same all day today. It’s light out so I can go outside now.
The world is going to shit but if you go outside, it’s not. The trees are still there and thriving. Critters too. That’s the real world. Go spend some time in it and get away from this “all the world’s indeed a stage” fake world.

Actually I got the most pain-relief (and still passed my drug test) using Tommy Chong’s CBD oil, not addictive and I rarely need to take it anymore. I started out with the morning/and evening daily, when the pain was gone I decided to wait to see how long before I needed it again.
Moderation in all things except love, one can never love others too much.

America is over, but God has not changed. Christians & the church have been persecuted for most of history - hey, He went to the cross - shouldn’t we?
Most of what is called the church has abandoned Him anyway - even most who truly believe - with sects and leaders just promoting themselves, not the crucified Christ.
Dark days externally are the norm for Christians, they are just new to us. Our light is the Lord Jesus Himself - not our nation, our government. Did not our Lord say, “the whole world lieth in the evil one.”
Our focus is in knowing Him, walking with Him, trusting Him and Him alone. May dark days only drive us more to Him.
He told us in Hebrews 13 that He would shake ALL THINGS - SO THAT THAT WHICH CANNOT BE SHAKEN SHALL REMAIN. We should not be surprised, but rejoice in Him, and draw closer to Him.

Sometimes it helps with depression and anger to fight back. Maybe get involved in Precinct Strategy or another organization that actively fights back.
The worst thing is being angry and frustrated, and believing there’s nothing you can do to help the situation because we have no power. I think we all feel like that now. We feel helpless.
Also ... as they say, “When all else fails, pray.”

I disagree. It just going to be changed somewhat, but it’s not over.
Our nation, as you well know, was founded on Biblical truth and FREEDOM.
Both are history. Gone. Past. Our freedom is not much different than that of Russia, China. The state rules.
Yes - America will continue. But it is not the nation our founders created - it is a whole different animal. Its core is not the same. What we have today is both fundamentally and totally different.
Same name. A thoroughly different thing than what was founded.
