Leaked United Nations report reveals the world's temperature hasn't risen for the last 15 years Politicians have raised concerns about the final draft Fears that the findings will encourage deniers of man-made climate change Scientists working on the most authoritative study on climate change were urged to cover up the fact that the world’s temperature hasn’t risen for the last 15 years, it is claimed. A leaked copy of a United Nations report, compiled by hundreds of scientists, shows politicians in Belgium, Germany, Hungary and the United States raised concerns about the final draft. Published next week, it is expected to address the fact that 1998 was the hottest year on record and world temperatures have not yet exceeded it, which scientists have so far struggled to explain. The report is the result of six years’ work by UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which is seen as the world authority on the extent of climate change and what is causing it – on which governments including Britain’s base their green policies. But leaked documents seen by the Associated Press, yesterday revealed deep concerns among politicians about a lack of global warming over the past few years.

Surprise, surprise, surprise.
Amazing isn’t it, and they keep pushing this “it’s getting hotter” crap.
You know, you have a point. No one anywhere in the US has ever seen temps that high. Ever. Global warming proof. Yessiree Bob!
Well, it’s 91 now so we are on a cooling trend.
Here in the Northern Hemisphere, solar input seems to be on a slightly downward trend. All may not be lost yet.
There could still be a climate emergency that would drive ballot stuffing this November. We’ll see.
I’ll keep monitoring my back porch as a bell weather.
It hasn’t risen in 150 years.

How about that thing in the sky?
And the thing that would blow this enrichment scheme for Al Gore out of the water is the heat island effect.
Temperature measuring stations have had roads, and asphalt roofs built around them in the past 100 years.
OF COURSE they will register higher temperatures just from that alone .
WHY IS THIS NOT DISCUSSED??
FR should Dan Rather this issue and expose it.
This graph adds in the last 9 years.
And yes, UAH satellite-based data is the best.
I’ve always wondered how “the temperature of the earth” is measured.
What is it right now?
How do you measure that?
Averaging a lot of observations?
Averaging the hottest and the coldest?
Or what?
Who gives a crap if it does rise?
There is no median temperature for the entire earth that doesn’t exist
Yes, it is. Says so, righ at the top of the M.M. page:

Need to get that draft report!!!
“And yes, UAH satellite-based data is the best.”
It’s pretty good. But in the US, the absolute best is from the USCRN. They tend to hide their graphs, though.
Which is why I said “my mistake”.
Wanna go over this a 3rd time?
Considering that CO2 comprises only .04% of the total atmosphere on this planet and man only contributes 5 percent of that, I ain't going to worry about it.
I am amazed at how the scientific community has been able to create such a global fear over such an insignificant number.
A big bounce up.
+0.36 deg C
We should worry more about the 3 million year glacial cycle that we are living in.
The pattern has been 100,000 years of glaciers, followed by 10,000 to 20,000 years of inter-glacial.
The last glacial maximum was 20,000 years ago.
CO2 dropped to 175 ppm.
At 150 ppm, almost all land based plant life will die.
When all the plants die, human beings will be in DEEP trouble.
