Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

TtT offers concrete solutions to reduce school shootings:
1). Every building should have a single point of entry.
2). Strong exterior fencing, metal detectors & new tech preventing an unauthorized person entering a school.
3). Every person checked, scanned & screened.
4). Hardened classroom doors that are lockable from the inside.
5). A police officer or armed guard at every school on duty at all times.
And I would add:
6. Cameras in every classroom that can be switched on remotely to see what the shooter is doing in the classroom. That would help LE know if they should charge in.

I've been in public safety a long time and have seen the evolution from "wait 'til SWAT gets here" to "wait a short time and enter with 3-5 officers" to "screw all that - just GO IN and get the bastard" before more are shot or the ones who are shot are bleeding out. Time works against you otherwise.
The most recent changes are in EMS and Fire where they become part of warm zone to get to the victims under the protection of officers - even while the shooter is being neutralized, wearing tactical vests and Kevlar helmets, to stop the bleeding, and handoff the victims to transport teams.
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) now has a standard for this. This tactic is known as "Rescue Task Force".
I attended seminars where the San Ysidro McDonald’s incident was discussed back in the day. One urban legend is that for every successful neutralization, a sniper may carve a happy face in the stock of their weapon. In this case, it was said that the carving was the Golden Arches. Snipers are special people - and you need a special kind of cop to do that job. As part of my job. I was a SWAT medic and trained and deployed with guys like this on a regular basis.
