Every person with whom I shared the above video and did four simple things slept much better the very first night.

*Avoid the teeeveee/phone and computer screen one hour before bed.
*Turn off all the lights
*Take a small dose of melatonin before bed
*resist looking at the alarm clock and don’t turn on a light for bathroom visits in the middle of the night, if you must go.

It’s quite amazing how many sleep with a teevee on all night in the bedroom and complain they don’t sleep well!

I have never had a TV in the bedroom, for all the reasons you stated. I LOVE to sleep and I’m good at it! It’s sometimes the best part of the day!

Glad to see I’m not the only one that has had a bad reaction to melatonin. I’m also equally glad that it’s working well for others. :)

For a few dollars, blue-wavelength-blocking googles can be purchased.

I sometimes wear them in the evening before I’m ready to turn out the lights.

Amber/Red light bulbs (think i a submarine) can also be purchased for evening use.
