Meteorites are not ‘flaming rocks of doom,' NASA says
The “bright fireball” was traveling at 35,000 mph when it exploded at 8:03 a.m. with the “energy equivalent of 3 tons of TNT,” according to NASA Meteor Watch, the agency's project that tracks fireball activity.
“Existing law states that any meteorites belong to the owner of the property on which they fell; out of respect for the privacy of those in the area, we will not disclose the locations of these finds,”
And finding anything of value is likely harder than you think.
“The pieces from this object were way too small to leave a crater. Unlike what you see in the movies, meteorites are not ‘flaming rocks of doom’ that blast holes in the ground. In fact, you can pick one up right after it hits ground. So no smoking rocks in small craters.”

Then he became a blur of movement and death as he ran down the person who most occupied his hatred.
The one who’d ordered his family to be executed on the promenade, the one who’d laughed as he’d tried to shield his wife and daughter.
He could hear nothing aside the drumming in his ears, certainly not the demonic howl he was letting out nor his wife’s pleas inside his head.
No, his was a mind so focused on bringing death and retribution that nothing else was even considered among all of existence.
Chaos reigned as his form blew through the lines of the enemy, their panic giving his friends and remaining family an opening through which to push an assault.
His quarry turned out of curiosity to look at the commotion coming his way.
He wasn’t disappointed.
His eyes beheld the very image of death bearing down on him at a top running speed approaching 45 miles an hour.

I agree, the triple digit highs are not too bad as long as the humidity stays fairly low... which is what we have been having for the most part...
As I mentioned, the lack of rain is our major concern... nothing to change that in sight at this point....

I don’t know if the words are getting trickier or if my mind is playing tricks on me.
I never do well with the ones that have lots of rhyming words. Unless I’ve eliminated a lot of relevant letters, which in this case, I had not. 🤪

The double letters (or double doubles) and single vowel words are tricky for me...
Need to adjust my mind for those possibilities....
Before the Slimes bought it, my daughter’s BF (at the time) hacked into the system and got the word list. I don’t know how he used it or why he wanted to do that, except maybe to show he could.
When I get a headache I take two aspirin and keep away from children just like the bottle says.
