O’Reilly was outraged because his flight to the Turks and Caicos was apparently delayed at JFK airport for five hours, without much information given to the passengers.
The former Fox News host can be heard saying in the video, “What you’re gonna do…it’s three hours late…No, no, no, You’re gonna find out,” while jabbing his finger at the airline employee.

I’m trying really hard to feel surprised.
;D
People get absolutely livid that we don't have something in stock, usually ending with "I'll have your job!" or "I'll just go somewhere else." Both of those options usually end with the employee just smiling, saying "ok" and walking away.
I was done with O’Reilly a long time ago. I remember his sad little radio program that was up against Rush. Too bad we still have O’Reilly and no Rush.
Not only that, their jobs require that they respond using a script. If you don’t like it, the only real recourse is to fly on another carrier.
The problem, other than BOR being a dick, is that the airlines simply do not offer up a way to get information from someone who has the power to offer an answer. They give you a number to call, that never gets answered.
“Airlines offer little or no information when there are delays etc.”
I recall in the late ‘70s, on a flight from Honolulu to Anchorage, we lost an engine; it just stopped close to the half-way point. A DC-10, I think. Bang! Shudder! Quick but slow descent and obvious course change. The movie, “Pete’s Dragon”, was on the screen.
Everyone was asking the stewardesses what happened? Their response: “I didn’t hear anything.” They shined us on for about 15 minutes before the captain came on the loudspeaker and said we were headed back to Hawaii.
Maybe he had a date with a loofah?
I fly a ton (at an airport right now) and except for the occasional dictatorial flight attendant, airline employees are subjected to a lot of crap that they shouldn’t have to deal with.
O’Reilly needs to get his head out of his royal posterior…
“Do you know who I am (or was)?”
I have an Irish temper without equal, however, I am not unkind to those who have no power to fix whatever issue may have set it off.
Always be kind to the people behind the counter.
They’re just trying to get by.
I just ordered some impact windows for my house here in Florida. The time frame for installation, thanks to the supply chain issues, is 18 to 35 weeks. I can understand this; why can’t other people?
O’Reilly is right. And shame on anyone who puts up with this bs so called customer service. It’s out of hand everywhere! O’Reilly has the balls to call it out as we all should.
“Do you know who I am (or was)?
That was a pretty lame scam, wasn’t it? I can almost see his ‘co-writer’ in gimp gear as BOR is sitting on his throne throwing objects, screaming ‘Make it into a movie script - I want a movie deal out of this!’
Customers on a flight delayed over 3 hours deserve a legitimate honest response, pretty simple.
BOR is a closet communist... lol
I always thought that was common language when NYers start arguing with each other...what’s the big deal?
Because they think they are special. Sometimes people need to be reminded that they aren’t.
