Customers on a flight delayed over 3 hours deserve a legitimate honest response, pretty simple.
If you are going to complain about "customer service" ask yourself what kind of customer you are.

It only makes sense if you are the kind of person who needs to blow off steam and attack people to make your infantile ego feel better.
I do not work in customer service, but I deal with people a lot. Only a few times over many years have people started to get belligerent with me. I don’t take it. I almost always ask if they actually think i am just going to get rolled over like that. I’ll as explain as calmly as I can (because I usually just want to punch them in the face) that I am on their side, but it’s not my job to take your abuse. What exactly would you like me to do to solve your problem?
