Since the Deep State is obviously about to kick Biden out, and since Harris is unfit to serve, it's time for discussion of one of my favorite parts of the Constitution - Amendment XXII.
This rushed Amendment, hastily drafted after the death of FDR, prevents a person who has served two terms as POTUS from BEING ELECTED again. Please read it for yourselves if you doubt this.
It does NOT amend or alter Article II and Amendment XII as regards eligibility to BE President - it just prevents a former President from getting back in office BY BEING ELECTED.
So- Biden resigns, Harris appoints Barack Obama VP and resigns, and he's back!
Please argue, from the text of XXII, why this is not possible.
Eligibility is limited to two terms or ten years.
Where do you buy your weed? It’s good stuff.
He is already running things and he can have all the fun he wants without having to be in he Whitey House.
It could be Michelle, but not Barak.
The ho’s VP pick has to be voted by the Senate, which is an election. So no, won’t happen.

That may or may not be true, but the point is exactly the same. That very dynamic was what drove Whittaker Chambers into the arms of the Free World.
Not 50-50. Susan Collins would happily go along with the scam.
The line of succession goes past the Speaker, then to the Senate pro tempore (Patrick Leahy), then to the eligible cabinet members (a frightening thought, considering who’s in his cabinet)
Line of succession within the cabinet per WH.gov site:
VP Kamala Harris
Sec of State Antony Blinken
Sec of The Treas Dr. Janet Yellen
Sec of Def General Lloyd Austin
AG Merrick Garl &
Sec of the Int Deb Haaland
Sec of Agric Tom Vilsack
Sec of Commerce Gina Raimondo
Sec of Labor Marty Walsh
Sec of HHS Xavier Becerra
Sec of HUD Marcia Fudge
Sec of Transp Pete Buttigieg
Sec of Energy Jennifer Granholm
Sec of Educ Dr. Miguel Cardona
Sec of VA Denis Mcdonough
Sec of Homeland Sec Alejandro Mayorkas
Admin of EPA Michael Regan
Dir-National Intel Avril Haines
US Trade Rep Katherine Tai
US Amb to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield
Chair-Council Of Econ Advisers Dr. Cecilia Rouse
Admin-SBA Isabel Guzman
Dir-Office of Mgmt & Budget Shalanda Young
Chief of Staff Ron Klain
Never was eligible in the first place.
Born a British subject and Kenyan national even if he had been born in the Lincoln bedroom, he is not a natural born citizen.
It may allowable. Someone with standing would have to sue afterwards and we’d see what the Supreme Court says.
You live in dreamland though if think that Canute Harris would ever resign, if she had children she would sacrifice them to Baal to be in the big chair. Biden won’t resign either unless he starts publicly crapping himself (more often than the one time we know has happened in the Vatican).
In order to be Vice President he has to meet all qualifications. Since he is ineligible to serve as President (having served two terms) he would not be eligible to be appointed.
The ten year rule is only for VPs stepping up.
This came up with Truman the big talk was always that he could have ran for another term because he was only elected once. He chose not to run but I don't remember any solid arguments that he couldn't run.
They could just leave the front door of the White House unlocked and let him wander off into the darkness...
I thought there was a time window in the inherited term.
BS
I dunno know about that. For sure he’d have to resign when he got to the 10-year-max point.
Seems you omitted the final step of that process:
So- Biden resigns, Harris appoints Barack Obama VP and resigns, and he's back! ... and then the third-term President Obama appoints Will Smith as his VP (with Will agreeing he won't slap any stand-up comics performing at the White House in the future).
Will Smith wouldn't have rushed the Academy Awards stage it if were The Rock (instead of Chris Rock) presenting the next award. I'm throwing a lot of shade at Will Smith because he acted like a little wuss even though he stands 6'2, 225 pounds, slapping an awards presenter who's like 5'8, 160 lbs (soaking wet) who had his hands behind his back. Can't possibly be a bigger wuss than that. Oops, I stand corrected! ... because just minutes later, Will acted like an even bigger douchebag, crying like a little girl upon receiving his "nobody cares" award from the holier-than-thou, far-left "Academy," to a standing ovation, no less. (Physically assault another Hollywood star on-stage at the Academy Awards show, and receive a standing ovation from the Hollywood audience.) That's what happens when the far-left Democrats are in charge of everything.
Also, it's said this is the first year the Academy Awards show producer is black and the first time it was produced by an all-black team of producers. Some black YouTubers expressed concerns that if the Will Smith Slap turns out to have been staged, then it will look very bad for "my people."
You’re right. That’s not what they did.
Next time, after you type out a horror movie plot, lock it in the desk drawer and throw away the key. Too scary!
