Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

These window flashes come at a time when a crane is videod taking or putting something on the roof, and the concrete circle around not just the fountain, but most of the front lawn.

Yes. but, in my experience, a lot depends on where and how you live. I see my doctor professionally once every couple of years. I see him on the trails or at the supermarket or hardware store and speak to him socially almost every week.
Small town. My Doctor is the only male MD of four doctors at the clinic. We know them all. PR takes care of their animals at her veterinary clinic. The husband of one doctor has done work on my boat. I helped my Doc dig his skiff out of the weeds.
I guess my point is - Personal relationships.
This sort of paradigm cannot exist in a big city where anonymity is the rule. How many people here really know their doctor, his or her spouse, their kids? Have you ever seen your doctor taking a walk in your neighborhood? Does he understand your life; hunting, fishing, boating because he does the same things?

I have had the same internist for 3 decades. His hospital system has transitioned to electronic med records. Then transitioned to a second system. Now at my annual exam, doc hasn’t time to talk as much. He spent 10 minutes searching through the badly uploaded, poorly categorized record. To order a crucial diagnostic test took ten minutes to discover how the new system coded it! Used to take a few minutes for him to look back over my blood work of the previous years, or to read the report sent from my other docs.
What has been accomplished is that I didn’t have time to wander through a year’s worth of questions, family updates, ask how his kids are doing...it is socialized medicine being instituted step by step. It leaves little time for a THINKING diagnostician to THINK. This will mean that he will have less time to spend examining me and will hesitate to order tests, if he is not as competent as my doc, or under time pressure.
Thus, this kind of practice will encourage a 65 yo doc to quit, leaving the field to young ones who never knew what it was like to practice medicine with their minds free to think.

Note the language used; “or”.
The people need not wait for the State to act nor can the State inform (mandate, rule, regulate, jurisdictate) the peoples form of action.
We The People will know the when and how.
It will be a groundswell.
And, just noticed, there is a >comma< after the “or”... separating the two subjects, making neither dependent on each other.

Republican Rep. Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina said Saturday that he accepts Joe Biden as president and that the 2020 election was not conducted fraudulently.
He's said a lot of the right things since then but never heard him disavow that statement.
He also said Trump played a hand in the Jan 6 protest. He, at least, voted against impeachment.
