Vit D3 5K preventative per day/20K per day for treatment
Vit C ... 3 grams/day
Quercitin ... 500 mg/day
Pepcid .. 80 mg/day for treatment
We have been using/taking and recommending all of the above preventatives, and have the pepcid on hand, if needed.
