Here, a grateful listener: for his teaching AND his music. Thanks, Rush.

We really could have used him now; he’s irreplaceable. Tucker opening segment is something to watch!

He was a clear and profound thinker. And teacher.

This is my Rush.
While Limbaugh obviously did a lot for liberty, it's arguable that the band's lyrics and progressive rock intensity converted many more potential left-drawn kidz into libertarianism. Further, the band's reach was global.
No offense to Limbaugh, but 2112 and "Freewill" may have had a greater impact on liberty.

A couple weeks ago I took my daughter to McDonald's for McRib season. The drive through was backed up so I took her inside for a little change of pace. They had a classic rock station playing in the background. The Pretenders, "My City Was Gone," came on the radio, and after the first few lines of the intro played, I was subconsciously anticipating hearing Rushes voice.
I lost my Rush and my dad within a week of each other last February. They both would want us to keep living and forging ahead.

I miss him too. He was the only radio voice I listened to.
To: V K Lee
Thanks, just listening to a few seconds of it makes me think Rush's voice will be starting his show.
RIP El Rushbo.

Amazingly talented band. Geddy in particular, intricate bass lines, organ pedals, and singing at the same time—incredible
