"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

Seems to me that the potential for that lack of accountability in employment should lead to the conclusion that if evidence would support a trial the employee should just be shot. Hey, it’s a training and personnel PITA, but we gotta make some exceptions for those in the extra-legal zone…
My apologies for not being able to participate, at the moment, I really need to read this and re-read it, I find it fascinating, but I want to know what my opinion is at the end and I want my opinion, to be solid, no matter which way the chips fall for me. I hope that makes sense.

I've noticed this awful trend. People admonishing others to "be nice" when they have been called out for bad behavior, rudeness, etc. Rather than apologizing, the person attempts to close the matter with "Be nice." It's meant to shut the other person up.
