From the start, the pandemic has been responsible for spreading not only a virus, but polarization. Beyond the immense toll that COVID-19 has taken and continues to take on health and human life, the unnecessary social division that has accompanied the pandemic is a tragedy unto itself.
We are dismayed by the notable degree of skepticism and denialism about COVID-19. As Christians belonging to different theological traditions, we are especially discouraged that many of our fellow believers have adopted these attitudes.
Moreover, as followers of Christ working for non-sectarian organizations — a public university and a legal charity, respectively — we wish to set the record straight for the benefit of our non-Christian peers. Our message is simple: there is nothing inherently Christian about opposing the COVID-19 vaccines.
The Catholic Church , for its part, says there is no moral or ethical impediment to taking the vaccines, whether related to abortion or any other bioethical concern. Catholics in Canada have been invited by their bishops to be vaccinated since the start of the rollout. Leading Protestant ethicists have reached the same conclusion on the morality of the vaccines.
If the COVID-19 vaccines are ethically permissible, why do some Christians refuse to get inoculated? The leading reasons are well-known, and they are no different than those cited by non-Christians.
Some people have never accepted the gravity of the pandemic, or even its reality. So it’s no surprise that they would reject a vaccine that is, in their view, a solution in search of a problem.
Others doubt the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines. Among Christians who harbour these doubts, many fear the vaccines impair fertility. Despite the absence of credible evidence to substantiate this fear, it has acquired a firm grip on many individuals.

These post-Christians do not seem to have any understanding of the Christian virtue of prudence. Prudence is the practice of right reason and is one of the four cardinal virtues. The decision about whether the vaccine is safe, effective, and worth taking should be left to each individual and family as a prudential judgement. Anything else is a violation of the Christian virtue of charity.

There IS an ethical reason for opposing these gene therapy shots they call “vaccines”.
They are by definition a subversion of God’s design to alter the way our immune system works.
It’s that simple.
According to their own description of how MRna technology works, it is no “vaccine”, and is better described as a synthetic man-made virus.
God is the author if ALL LIFE... including microscopic life.
What is in these vaccines is SYNTHETIC genetic material.. NOT Naturally occurring (God-made).
This is what makes it an aberration to God’s design and sovereignty over creation.

While the Catholic Church doesn’t specifically prohibit vaccinations, in the case of Covid being associated with fetal cell lines, Church Doctrine, i.e. the Catechism of the Catholic Faith does require adherence to one’s Moral Conscience. For well over a year, I have been FULLY AWARE that the vast majority of the current Covid-19 vaccines available in the world are directly associated with use of aborted fetal cell lines. That association whether deemed licit or illicit does not absolve me from my absolute requirement to follow my Moral Conscience. I simply cannot and will not knowingly use any product that was developed, or processed on or by cells from aborted fetuses. My Moral Conscience will not allow it.
In other religious news moslems will not be offended when Mohammed is trashed by Christians.

Skepticism is a totally rational response to deliberate documented lying.
Blind adoration for Government is not a Christian value.
No man can serve 2 masters.
1- it is NOT a "vaccine"
2- It was developed using aborted baby parts
3- It does NOT stop you from catching or transmitting COVID
4- Getting the shot has inherent and significant health risks
5- I have more reliable and safe therapeutics in the event I catch the virus

More guilting about the vax. Leave people alone and let them decide for themselves. I dont even see it as a religious issue. Its a right to live my life issue. Using religion to justify a non-religious preference is perversion.

1. The COVID jabs aren’t vaccines but dangerous therapeutics.
2. The last time they tried a vax and it killed only about 4 dozen people, it was brought to a screeching halt. We don’t know how many this one has already killed, but it’s in the thousands.
3. Doctors and hospitals are refusing to treat early with effective therapeutics and instead letting people die, therapeutics that have been proven wildly successful in other countries. That’s evil.
4. The vax injuries and deaths are being hidden by the MSM and the CDC is lying about them.
5. Remdesivir, the “approved” treatment, kills people.
I no longer trust any doctor that goes along with the party line like a good little communist and lets people die. There will be a special place in hell for those doctors, the media, big tech, and government officials who signed onto this conspiracy.

The definition of a Vaccine has been changed several times recently. I did a blog post about it with archive.org links to previous definitions.
then my post got removed because I said “If I had control over over language definitions, I would surly be having a gay old time”
I do not speak for Jesus, but I could make a pretty logical argument that he would not inject himself with a substance which would infect his cells and cause them to manufacture a spike poison.
If you were created perfect, then someone created something Evil, should you take something else Evil because it is the lesser ?
The survival rate is about 98%...and that's for over 65...at least.
