Next year is a provincial election year for both Ontario and Quebec. The 43rd Ontario general election must be held on or before June 2, 2022. The 43rd Quebec general election must take place on or before October 3, 2022. They’re simply trying to get re-elected. As soon as they are, the hammer will fall unless other events preclude their return to tyranny.

Well, it’s not Jax or most likelly not politically related; but I waste go from work today .... because I rightly confronted someone for not doing their job appropriately..... boss told me to ‘apologize’ . My response wasI’d sooner be damned to hell before I’d crawl on my knees before that xxxxxxx. Put my boss in a bad position, but I have my integrity.... and a multitude of independent texts from people telling me im the best....My minion crew grows.....and on to my next adventure!

Solar? You are doing the install yourself? Hiring 'pros' is time and stress saving but expensive. The equipment is expensive all by itself. When I finally could afford the inverter and it arrived, I noticed two additional pieces of equipment - a DC battery connection panel and an AC output connection panel ("required by code") - that would be an additional $700+. I know wiring codes well enough to know this smelled of a scam... skipped those add-ons _safely_!
I suspect a solar contractor would urge their inclusion; but until the wiring is complete it does build stress and concern.
My inverter allows integration of a generator. I may look into that later. You want to get these things correct; if you miscalculate and blow something up you could lose $1,000 or more.

You want to understand the details of the technology; as stated above, constant little problems arise, cost increases, equipment shortcomings, etc. To date I probably have around $7,000 invested - into a working system. With system design changes costs can mount quickly. Almost all my modifications were relatively minor, not expensive equipment changes. Also, I had a little advantage from a bit of left over supplies from my electrical contracting days. OTOH, right now basic supplies are in short supply due to these supply chain bottlenecks.

John Milton once penned a famous poem that begins:

Should ever be forgot.
The poem of course refers to Guy Fawkes and his now infamous plot to blow up London’s Houses of Parliament on November 5th 1605. Fawkes’s aim was to remove King James I from the throne, and restore Britain’s Catholic monarchy.
Had he succeeded Guy Fawkes would have not only killed the entirety of London’s governing body, but also taken much of London and its citizens down with them. However, the plot was discovered by authorities and Guy Fawkes was arrested, tortured, tried, and executed.
After that Guy Fawkes should have become a forgotten martyr or terrorist of history. And yet November 5th has become a recognized British holiday: Guy Fawkes Day.

I agree on the declaration. I called mine a "requirement for exemption." I don't "request" my God-given rights from anybody.
