I have never met or seen a climate change denier, but I have seen a lot of climate change liars spreading scary propaganda

It is sad that it seems every day we read another dire forecast from the UN, Kerry, Biden, the teenager Greta, or someone else on climate change, and right now is always the last chance to act. Every solution involves the government confiscating a huge amount of money from taxpayers and then the U.S transferring huge sums to other countries to resolve the problem. Every solution involves Americans giving up their freedom and way of life while destroying the oil industry.

What you don’t see in these dire forecasts are any scientific data from the last 150 years that directly links the US population, coal, and oil use to temperatures, sea levels or storm activity -- because there is none. Facts haven’t mattered for a long time when most of the media, government bureaucrats, Hollywood, and other Democrats are campaigning for their radical leftist agenda to destroy America.

Of course, China, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries aren't required to destroy their countries like America. They are special. They promise they will act decades down the road even though we are told the threat is imminent and existential.

We have been hearing these dire, existential threat forecasts for decades and every time we only have a few years left to solve the problem. Forecasts say the icecaps will soon be gone and coastal cities will soon be under water. Such forecasts have been 100% wrong but none of that matters. They just repeat it over and over until the public, especially the children, are indoctrinated. Facts don’t matter.

The only forecasts that deviated from the mantra were in the 1970’s when somehow the Earth had cooled so much that much of the Earth was going to be destroyed, and billions would die soon, from the

Control of the means of production. And examples of societies that vastly surpass communism cannot be allowed to exist.

That title line is a keeper.

You cannot power modern civilization on wind and solar. It cannot be done.

Just wait until tens of millions of government-mandated electric vehicles all plug in for recharging at the end of the workday.

And all of this nonsense is predicated on one thing, CO2 emissions. Yes folks the miracle molecule which enables all life on this planet and is pumped into greenhouses to make plants grow faster and to be stronger and more draught resistant, they want to ban!! Think about that for just a moment and you will see the insanity that is being peddled by the left. Dangerous SOBs for sure.

I think the planet is CO2 deficient.

It may be one of mankinds greatest achievements to release some of that trapped CO2 back into the atmosphere where it can do some good.

Yep, and if it seems like it's too bad to be true then maybe it isn't. Plus this- If it's Climate Change zealots who are making it look worse than it is then it's probably not going to be true.

CO2’s warming impact levels off at present level, ~400ppm. Above that all you get is more plant growth, explosive growth in some species.
Some of our food plants seem optimized to ~400ppm. Probably just by chance, seed choice by farmers over the decades. But others, most actually, perform better in the 1200ppm range. So much better that food production (if you maintain acreage) will outstrip population by a large amount.

CO2 is not only essential to life (which must bother the treehuggers horribly) but higher levels encourage life.

Had to pause and think about that. I’m poor at logic, and now must question what motivates a treehugger. I always thought it was two things: a misplaced love for trees, and a misplaced hate for progress. When you throw CO2 production into the mix, things get wild. Love it, or hate it?

Yep.... pretty much that in a nutshell. The cycle of carbon based life forms on Earth.

In the Left-Tards mind, depopulate the planet of homo-sapiens; less damage to the planet. Not realizing that this will likely result in damage to the planet. Unless they’re going to rely on cows and such. Nope.... that won’t work as cow flatulence is “dangerous as well. These people are mental.

Every climate change propagandist I know uses a car, heats their house in the winter and cools their home in the summer. Most of them also fly in jets from time to time. None of the propagandists talk much about the way we generate electricity.

I told a lefty that during the Carboniferous Period the planet was lush. Their response was “But there were no people!” *sigh*

Libhole at the office prattling on about climate change…
I asked her if she drove to work that day….

She said she did. I told her to come back after she starts biking to work. 22 miles.

Put up or shut up.

I am a denier that we can analyze and know how to control climate. Our species is successful because we adapt so if the climate changes we will too. Other life forms may not.

In the geokogical span of millions if not billions of years the earth’s climate has changed often and most life forms died. We have the ability to survive most except the sudden impact type, but we may not survive as a society if the climate religion set us one against the other.

Is this a true statement? CO2 is a heat-trapping emission; that means it holds heat to the ground.

Why do we have lots of cold weather?

Well, Jack, I guess you’ve never met or seen me or many like me on FR who know that “the government is the solution” to the “problem” of climate change is just more mythology from the Global Government Lying Mill.

What is he talking about “never met or seen a climate change denier”?

He’s rightly denying it in this article.
