I think you’re right and it’s because they’re not even expressing original thoughts. Many of them are so thoroughly compromised that they’re just the face of the deep state’s talking points. They say what they’re told to say and what serves the agenda of the moment without any perception of the meaning of their words, then or now.
Eat sauerkraut or some other type of probiotic rich fermented food I guess. Also, isn’t most yogurt more or less lactose free? It’s not something I deal with. I can eat or drink anything.

The site has a list of interesting "Most Read" articles on Covid on the left side. Its sort of Doom-Porny but it is a Medical news site and is not as bad as any MSM news program! :)
There are kefirs made with other liquids. Often people with lactose intolerance can ingest cultured milk products as the lactose is somehow changed into something else with the culturing process.

Not sure of where to get 100% goat milk; I know they mix cow milk in with goat milk to make feta cheese.

I caution against adult beverages and ivermectin. Both are metabolized by the liver.

Yes, it seems that orange juice reduces the amount of ivermectin available in the blood plasma, while alcohol increases the amount available. So if I’m having a martini the same day I’m taking ivermectin, I should take half as much IVM 😉

One of the reasons goat milk is sought out is it is more digestible. That is because genetically all goats milk is A2/A2 as is most mammal's milk including human. Cow milk has had the A1 protein in it since a genetic mutation more than 1000 years ago. So cows are either A2/A2 (rare), A2/A1, or A1/A1.
There is cows milk out there branded as only A2. We found it and started drinking it about 5 years ago as our years of milking goats (25!) was over. We have no trouble digesting A2 milk, no digestions issues. I have read that most people who think they are lactose intolerant are really reacting to the A1 beta casein protein. Many are never tested.
Many herds through testing and selective breeding have been able to eliminate the A1 genes. I highly recommend people who have trouble with milk check this out.
We also made our own kefir for over 20 years with our goats milk and continue to make it and drink it nearly daily from A2 cows milk.

Re: cow’s milk:
It’s not the digestive issues, but sinus inflammation and congestion.
When I was a child, I used to get a cold every month and be out for a week and a half each time, such that my lessons needed to be brought home to me.
When my mom took me off milk, the colds subsided to maybe once every three months.
So, I just can’t do anything from the cow except the meat and occasionally butter (and I hardly use butter).
