Does goat milk have those two substances in it?
Re: cow’s milk:
It’s not the digestive issues, but sinus inflammation and congestion.
When I was a child, I used to get a cold every month and be out for a week and a half each time, such that my lessons needed to be brought home to me.
When my mom took me off milk, the colds subsided to maybe once every three months.
So, I just can’t do anything from the cow except the meat and occasionally butter (and I hardly use butter).

I have a busy day today and tomorrow.
I have only had time to skim this. It looks promising.
I am sure there are probably some gems to be found in the comments posted by CTH posters because there often are, but I won’t have time to pick through them.
I encourage taking a look.
Have you tried raw milk? See my previous post. I’m the same way with sinus congestion/inflammation and milk products. I also get horrible cystic acne breakouts if I drink regular pasteurized milk. I tried raw milk and the first time I drank it, my sinuses literally opened up and my nose started running within minutes of consuming it. Like taking a mega dose of Claritin. Apparently the local cows produce antibodies to the pollen allergens blooming at the time and it shows up in the milk. Now I will drink raw milk in the spring and fall during my allergy seasons. It doesn’t foam well in my aeroccino though, so I just drink it straight and use coconut milk for my cappuccinos.
