WASHINGTON, Sept. 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Pharmacists Association, the American Medical Association and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists today released the following joint statement:
The American Medical Association, American Pharmacists Association, and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists strongly oppose the ordering, prescribing, or dispensing of ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19 outside of a clinical trial.
Ivermectin is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use to treat infections caused by internal and external parasites. It is not approved to prevent or treat COVID-19. Ivermectin is also available to treat certain veterinary conditions; medications formulated or intended for use in animals should not be used by humans. We are alarmed by reports that outpatient prescribing for and dispensing of ivermectin have increased 24-fold since before the pandemic and increased exponentially over the past few months. As such, we are calling for an immediate end to the prescribing, dispensing, and use of ivermectin for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 outside of a clinical trial. In addition, we are urging physicians, pharmacists, and other prescribers - trusted healthcare professionals in their communities - to warn patients against the use of ivermectin outside of FDA-approved indications and guidance, whether intended for use in humans or animals, as well as purchasing ivermectin from online stores. Veterinary forms of this medication are highly concentrated for large animals and pose a significant toxicity risk for humans.

Most of us would be taking 20 Mgs a day for 5 days and then once a week for a month, then repeat. Take with Zinc.
Add Z pak when/if infected.
Just click and read, figure out the dosage via body weight from the chart.

The paste dispensers have notches on the rod, which are somewhat standard - 1 notch per 50 lbs. But I would advise reading the directions.
Dosing for Ivermectin is rather forgiving. You would need to take a LOT to risk overdosing. The “toxicity” issues are due to people taking most or the entire tube - which is set up for 1500 lb. horses.
Maybe if the alphabet agencies didn’t restrict its usage then there would be a safer way to properly dispense it to humans. Note that they only warn of overdoses, but not adverse side effects of its proper use - for which there are none that I have heard about.

The dosage weight is marked on the syringe plunger. It tastes like apples and vasoline. The only issue I have with it is now I have a craving for a bag of oats.
I have not used the ivm I have for covid as I have pills but I do have it on hand. You make a good point.
A few times when treating my goats with a plunger-type dewormer or supplement, the ring that is supposed to stop the amount slipped and they got too much. So, now I always dial the amount they should get and put it in drenching tool to administer it instead a tube. So if I were taking the paste, I would measure and put it on a tsp first. Just a thought.

What is repeated after taking once a week for a month?
I thought the “5 days” was if one was ill.
(I’m clear on maintenance dose of zinc, and add zpak if ill)
Ivermectin works and they all know it. The problem is that it is cheap. They are perfectly willing to have lots of people DIE so they can have money and power.
Ivermectin pills for humans in the US are already being suspected of having been tampered with, on an institutional scale. As in, rendering such pills indistinguishable from placebos by degrading or leaving out the actual active ingredient. The goal of such deep state activity being to deceive physicians into unwisely believing that Ivermectin is not effective against COVID-19.

Also, if you take ivermectin with a meal you can absorb 2.5 times as much ivermectin than if you took it on an empty stomach!

I read you NEED to take it with food...If take on empty stomach, it will concentrate on parasites in digestive tract...If want to cross the blood barrier to fight COVID, need to take with food...beneficial fats help too.

I have been wondering what to try to deal with the 'spikes' that may remain in the naturally-immune survivors. This looks like it's worth a try. After all, if the AMA disapproves of Ivermectin, it must be good for me.

Exactly. I got the Ziverdo kit back in February from India. Took about a month to get to me. Haven’t had to use any, but just in case. Bought 6 treatment packs so I can help my immediate family if necessary.
Has anyone used off-shore pharmacies with success?
If so please share links...Family member is squeamish about paste, would like to get the sometrol/ivermectin pills.
