not allowed passage home by the Department of Defense because she carried a disabled puppy in her arms

I'm sure the US would be 1000% better off with a disabled dog, than any of the Afghan refugees we are taking in.

Brave woman, but her dedication to the dogs may get her killed.

US Capitol riot defendant jailed after watching MyPillow CEO’s conspiracy symposium while prohibited from going online

(CNN)The QAnon supporter who chased Officer Eugene Goodman near the Senate chamber during the US Capitol insurrection was sent back to jail Thursday, in part because he violated the rules of his release by going online to access conspiracy theories about the 2020 election.

The unusual turn of events means Doug Jensen of Iowa is headed back to jail a mere seven weeks after he was released. He was arrested shortly after the January 6 insurrection and was kept in jail until July, when a federal judge released him to his home under strict conditions.
Those conditions included a prohibition on using the internet — to keep Jensen away from the QAnon conspiracy, which he previously admitted to investigators was the reason he breached the Capitol. But when court officials made their first unannounced visit to check on Jensen at his home last month, they found him in his garage, using a cell phone to stream a right-wing news outlet.
According to court filings, Jensen admitted to the court officials that he also used the phone to stream a conspiracy-filled symposium held by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a diehard supporter of former President Donald Trump who has repeatedly pushed debunked claims and haywire theories about foreign countries switching millions of votes to steal the election from Trump.

District Judge Timothy Kelly said at a court hearing Thursday that he had released Jensen in July because Jensen claimed he had “turned a corner” and disavowed the conspiracy theories.

“But it’s now clear that he has not experienced the transformation that his lawyer previously described, and that he continues to seek out the conspiracy theories that led to his dangerous conduct on January 6,” continued Kelly, who was appointed by Trump in 2017 to the DC District Court. “I don’t see any reason to believe that he has had the wake-up call that he needs.”

The case raises questions about the continued dangerousness of Capitol rioters and right-wing extremists. The Department of Homeland Security has repeatedly warned that these Americans are still being radicalized by conspiracy theories about the 2020 election. Lindell and Trump himself are still peddling these lies, which are flourishing in conservative circles online.

“I think it’s probably a logical inference,” Kelly said,” that there are no conditions that will assure Mr. Jensen will not pose a danger to the safety of the community.”

The case against Jensen involves one of the most viral scenes from the attack — of Officer Goodman of the US Capitol Police shrewdly leading Jensen and other rioters away from the unguarded Senate chamber. Goodman was given a Congressional Gold Medal for saving lives and staying calm while Jensen and others chased him through the winding Capitol complex.
“At first glance, it sounds a bit Orwellian. A man sitting in his garage streaming the news over the internet... now the government wants to jail him,” Jensen’s lawyer Christopher Davis said.

“Orwellian aside,” Davis continued, “he was wrong, and he’s not denying that.”

Fascistbook ‘Fact Checks’ Study by Stanford pHDs with Old Article Written by Undergrad with No Science Background

A preprint study performed by Stanford’s Catherine Axfors and John Ioannidis shows how the data very clearly indicates low Infection Fatality Rates (IFR) in people under the age of 70. Their study pulled massive amounts of data from 14 countries and they performed an extensive analysis to decipher.

The biggest takeaways from the study were that deaths among the elderly that could truly be attributed to Covid-19 were greatly exaggerated though still high, especially in those over 85-years-old. The second big takeaway is that the IFR for all age groups under 70 was below 1%.

You can’t say that on Facebook, though. They have an article from months ago by a graduate student with no scientific background that totally debunks Stanford’s scientists, y’all!

This is a very typical practice of social media companies when it comes to “fact checking” Covid-19 info.

They use obscure self-appointed fact checker sites, almost all of which are written by undergraduates with no scientific qualifications, to discredit top medical scientists.

Here’s the Stanford Study on Covid Infection Fatality Rates that Big Tech is Censoring

Did you hear about the Stanford study conducted by Catherine Axfors and John Ioannidis that showed extremely high recovery rates for anyone under the age of 70? No? Then you’re probably still getting your news from Google, Facebook, Twitter, or mainstream media. They have ignored or even censored the study.

Facebook went so far as to post a ludicrous “fact-check” written by an undergraduate with no scientific background. The article they use to “debunk” the study is older than the study itself.

CDC study finds over 80% of US adults have some immunity to COVID, notes prior infection offers similar protection as vaccine

A recent survey of blood donations has found that more than 80% of Americans over the age of 16 have some level of immunity to COVID-19 — a figure that could have massive implications on the country’s public health policy moving forward.

The survey, conducted by researchers at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, also found that twice as many people have been infected by the pathogen than have been officially counted, CNN reported. As of Thursday, more than 39 million Americans have tested positive for the virus.

Todd Starnes was on Fox News Radio on FM radio.

From an article......

Trouble began for the popular commentator this week when he interviewed fellow Fox News commentator Robert Jeffress on Monday. During the interview, Jeffress accused Democrats of pagan idol worship of Moloch. The pagan diet is associated with child sacrifice.

In August Starnes ran afoul of the network when he said the U.S. is suffering a “slow-moving invasion,” referring to illegal immigration. He went on to liken the current situation along the southern border to invasions by the Nazis in the 1930s. The comments received condemnation by Media Matters and Democrats.

He had developed quite a following among many conservative Christians through his show on Fox News Radio, as well as “Starnes Country,” a program on the digital platform Fox Nation. In addition he regularly contributed opinion pieces to FoxNews.com.

Immediately after the news, Starnes tweeted, “I am a rock-solid conservative and I do not compromise my beliefs. Period.”

“President Biden on Thursday told Jewish leaders that he spent time at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh after the October 2018 mass murder of 11 people there — but the synagogue told The Post he never visited.

“I remember spending time at the, you know, going to the, you know, the Tree of Life synagogue, speaking with them,” Biden said in a 16-minute virtual address ahead of the Jewish holidays Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

Barb Feige, executive director of the Tree of Life, said that Biden did not visit the synagogue in the nearly three years since the anti-Semitic attack.

In a phone interview, Feige, executive director since July 2019, said firmly that “no” Biden didn’t visit, even before taking office when he had a lower public profile as a former vice president and then-Democratic presidential candidate.”

Over 600 New Laws Go Into Effect Today In State of Texas

Over 600 new laws signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott go into effect today in the state of Texas. These new laws, including the Heartbeat Bill, constitutional carry legislation, and laws that protect law enforcement, were passed during the 87th Legislative Session.

A full list of new laws can be found here.

Included in the new laws are:

House Bill 957 repeals the criminal offense of possessing, manufacturing, transporting, or repairing a firearm silencer. It also ensures that any firearm suppressor manufactured in Texas, and that remains in Texas, will not be subject to federal law or federal regulation.

House Bill 1280 will outlaw abortion in Texas after Roe v. Wade is overturned.

House Bill 1500 prevents any government entity from prohibiting the sale or transportation of firearms or ammunition during a declared disaster or emergency.

House Bill 1900 penalizes cities that defund their police departments. The law freezes property tax revenues for cities with a population over 250,000 that defund the police. Under this law, cities that defund the police will lose their annexation powers for 10 years and any area annexed by a defunding city in the past 30 years can vote to dis-annex from the city. It also allows the State of Texas to withhold sales taxes collected by a defunding city and give it to the Texas Department of Public Safety to pay for the cost of state resources used to protect residents of a defunded municipality.

House Bill 1925 prohibits camping in public spaces.

House Bill 1927 authorizes Constitutional Carry in Texas, meaning law-abiding Texans can legally carry a handgun without a license to carry.

Senate Bill 8 (”The Heartbeat Bill”) bans abortion the moment a baby’s heartbeat is detected in the womb.

Senate Bill 13 prohibits state contracts and investments with companies that boycott energy companies.

Senate Bill 19 prohibits any governmental entity from contracting with any business that discriminates against firearm and ammunition businesses or organizations.

Senate Bill 20 allows guests to store firearms in their hotel rooms.

Senate Bill 23 requires voter approval to reduce law enforcement budgets in counties with a population of more than one million. If voter approval is not received, but the county still defunds the police, the county’s property tax revenue will be frozen.

Senate Bill 24 requires police departments to review files of applicants before they are hired to ensure officers with a negative history aren’t passed between departments.

Senate Bill 550 removes the shoulder or belt holster requirements, allowing Texans to carry firearms in whatever kind of holster they choose.

Senate Bill 576 creates a felony offense for the smuggling of persons into Texas.

Senate Bill 768 enhances criminal penalties for manufacturing and distributing fentanyl in Texas.

Our media is allowing a sitting president to recount conversations with rabbis that never happened during trips he never made, while returning to disproven claims his career was born “out of the civil rights movement”.

I don’t even know what to say anymore
