WHAT THE HECK!!!!!
I kept hearing a bird chirping and it sounded like it was right in my house. I went looking in every room and would stop to listen. I was having a hard time closing in on where it was. I started listening up in the ceiling vents the microwave vent etc;
The bird chirping went on for a long time and I finally gave up. Then all of a sudden some STRANGE MUSIC started coming from my ALEXA. I hadn’t asked her to play any music. I interrupted her and asked ALEXA what are you playing? She said it is music for INSOMNIACS and it will HYPNOTIZE you to sleep. Lol!!!!!
Granny and whoever else can’t sleep you need ALEXA to help you out.

My parents and youngest sister moved to Dublin, CA in the early 70’s, loved visiting and then in late ‘72 we moved to CA too.
We were just there briefly, 8 months, as I was not willing to give up being a stay at home mother to my two very young children and we could never afford any housing except an apartment, had sold a home in Phoenix.
As we looked for a home I noticed every house we viewed both adults worked, I made a comment that if women would stop working the housing prices would come down, only up because parents were both working and willing to pay the price.
Made sense to me though I think they thought I was nuts. Was told we both HAVE to work because everything is so expensive, I said supply and demand, stop buying, more on the market and price will come down.
I think they were ALL dims then too as they just couldn’t understand what I was trying to get across.
Other than that we had a great time visiting all the fun places in the Bay Area.
As long as my folks lived there we still visited, they left in the mid 90’s and I have only been back once to go to Disneyland with all the extended family.
Such a crying shame what has happened to that once beautiful place.
I want all of my family and friends out of there.
I think that God has given up on CA or did most there give up on Him.

We had family, in CA, in the 70s - 80s....always enjoyed visiting them, and, flying in to SF and taking in the sights, for a few days, before heading their way.
