Our daughter and sil have the children during the week. Sometimes the kids insist on weekends, too. Daughter and sil want full custody.

Good that the children are with your daughter and SIL all week long.
If they don’t want to be with their mother at all and the court forces them too, it can very damaging to the children.
My children were mistreated by their stepmother and fortunately AZ has a law that at a certain age a child can choose not to visit a parent even though there is joint custody and most of my kids took advantage of that law.
Is there anything like this law where you live?
Would not want to be a doctor right now....

I’m still alive! Haven’t noticed anything stolen. That was so bizarre, happy Abby said there’s probably a reason the owners kept that garage door opener unplugged. I remember it started the same time I started the dishwasher. Next time I do dishes I’ll have to plug in that door open and see what happens. For now I’m leaving it unplugged!
Seems to me I heard that people get acclimated after 24-36 hours but may require oxygen during that period if going past 10,000 ft or having medical conditions. (Pilots especially are affected by this---won't let the high performance stuff get off the ground without oxygen masks in place)
My family's been up in the hills for so long now we can all bounce from 5000 ft to sea level and back over 12 grand and not even notice. Only drawback is we have to remind the little kids not to laugh at the tourists when they run out of steam up here. (As I recall Bronco fans used to do when Flatlander teams came to play in Denver)

Did you get any sleep?
You can have the code changed in your garage door opener to change the signal, we did that when we moved in so that the previous person who lived in our home couldn’t get in since we didn’t get all the openers from them.
We didn’t trust her son especially after we had the Sheriff show up at our door looking for him.
Hopefully that would help.
