August 13, 2021 The Centre for Digestive Diseases issued today a press release titled “Ivermectin Triple Therapy Protocol for COVID-19 Released to Australian GPs for Infected Elderly and Frontline Workers.”
As we previously covered, this early treatment protocol combines ivermectin with doxycycline and zinc.
“Triple therapy specialist Professor Thomas Borody, famous for curing peptic ulcers using a triple antibiotic therapy saving millions of lives, today released the COVID-19 treatment protocol to Australian GPs, who can legally prescribe it to their COVID-19 positive patients. They can also prescribe it as a preventative medication. Borody says this could be the fastest and safest way to end the pandemic in Australia within 6-8 weeks.”
email GP@CDD.com.au to obtain the dosing protocol and COVID-19 treatment information for their patients.”
“GPs can legally prescribe the therapy today as an “off label” treatment according to Australian Guidelines – a standard practice in medicine.”
“In fact more than 60% of prescriptions in Australia are “off-label”. It’s not a new concept. It’s happening every day to manage diseases and save lives.”
“The Government could end the pandemic by openly encouraging GPs to prescribe these TGA approved medications. Those who test positive, are identified in contact tracing, as well as those in high-risk groups like the elderly and healthcare workers, can then access the therapy quickly.”
Ivermectin was discovered in the 1970s and is on the World Health Organization (WHO) list of essential medicines.
“There is mounting worldwide clinical literature pointing to a 100% cure rate using Ivermectin Triple Therapy,” said Professor Borody.
Have you read the world wide literature. Metanalysis does not bear this out. I know you are hopeful for this result, but I sense some selection bias.

Incidentally, this triple therapy referred to is NOT Ivermectin triple therapy — this is the professor who came up with the medicinal cure for Peptic Ulcer disease understanding that H. Pylori was the cause of Ulcer, not acid, and that is the triple therapy that is referred to — it is concerning when people state things with little knowledge of what is actually being talked about — I am not stating you would not know, but you posted something from a different poster that has some error in it.
Following the link to the 2020 article on the same topic I find:
1. Ivermectin - TGA and FDA approved as an anti-parasitic therapy with an established safety profile since the 1970s. Known as the “Wonder Drug” from Japan.
2. Zinc
3. Doxycycline - TGA and FDA approved tetracycline antibiotic that fights bacterial infections, eg. acne or urinary tract infections, viral and malarial infections.
RE: When you click on the link to the article what is the date that it shows you?
I know the date of your link says August 13,2021, but the wording is EXACTLY like the report of August 19,2020, which leads me to suspect a recycling of old news with a current date placed on it.
Read this for instance:
That was A YEAR AGO, the wording of the article is EXACTLY THE SAME as the wording of this one you just posted.
I wish this report were true, but all indicators tell me that the Australia Health Department is not any more enlightened than our own even though the efficacy of Ivermectin for Covid was actually discovered by their scientists.
Heck, they have parliamentarians OPENLY ADVOCATING for Ivermectin yet, are being ignored by their medical establishment and even banned by Twitter and Youtube.
Craig Kelly of NSW and Malcolm Roberts of Queensland are but two of them.
Prayers up for your healing!
And if you can't find the prescription form, you can always go to the Tractor Supply and get some for your "horse."
Bkmk
Great advice chuckles. Glad to hear you’re doing well and these days, it is helpful to be an informed patient, and it appears you are. Good job!
I noted earlier that the Cochrane's study itself said most of the studies it relied on were not good quality.
Low number of participants, what have you.
But the "traditional" medical community has had issues with flexibility of thought, going back to Galen. Or Semmelweis.
It just gets worse when you're talking about the CDC/FDA and treatments that aren't the favorites of Big Pharma. You did read the article I sent you from STAT written about Moderna, in 2016, right?
But there needs to be pushback against some of the trolls here and elsewhere who derisively call Ivermectin "a quack remedy" or "horse paste" given that the discoverer of Ivermectin got the 2015 Nobel Prize in medicine for it.
I think the idea in the article, is that the guy already had success in being iconoclastic, *and right*, so don't blow him off immediately.
Not exactly selection bias.

👍😉
I don’t blow him off immediately
I am hoping he is correct
It’s right at the top of the article.
I missed it, the first time reading, too....so, I BOLDED, upthread a few posts.
It's Ivermectin, Zinc, and Doxycycline.
Tell gassy that, would you please?
I’m not sure, but is it possible that this is an update for the former article - it says:
August 13, 2021 The Centre for Digestive Diseases issued today a press release titled “Ivermectin Triple Therapy Protocol for COVID-19 Released to Australian GPs for Infected Elderly and Frontline Workers.”
As we previously covered, this early treatment protocol combines ivermectin with doxycycline and zinc.
It then goes on to repeat the data in the former article. So maybe a new press release was issued?
Tell gassy that, would you please?
