finally found the thread! whew. several days. I usually find this thread and the Q thread by latests posts... thats good if there are recent posts to the thread.
I will hopefully be able to post a bit more (if I can find the thread). That is why when I fist started these threads I put out a ping daily.. then we went to three times a week and now I guess its just when a new thread is poseted
Jenny got a new notebook and I inherited hers. She came back from a short stay at her sisters in Vermont and I guess she got the new one at Best Buy
health issues still abound but I had so many years without problems I guess in looking back it is all okay
Will try to stop by tonight and do a little catch up with all your news and a little updating on my news.

This was a weekend for going to the vet. Cotton on Saturday because she had quit eating and wouldn’t let me touch her face. It was supposedly an abscessed tooth. Although she still isn’t eating any better. She’s at the lowest weight she’s ever been at. I think she’s been losing weight all along. So I have another sick one
Roy hadn’t eaten well for three days and was quite wobbly. So I brought him to the vet on Sunday, likely to be put down. He just had that look in his eyes that said that he was suffering. The vet said that it was up to me, that he is definitely a terminal cat and I know him better than anybody. But that he could try to adjust medications to keep him comfortable and we could see if that works. For a week, two, maybe a month. We don’t know. Every time I pick that cat up he purrs. Before he got diagnosed and was given pain medicine he lost his purr. So now, I’m going to give it another try because I’m not sure he’s ready to go. When I pick him up he touches my face with his paws and he purrs. He’s definitely feeling better with the gabapentin, and has his appetite back a bit. We’ll just take it day by day.
This morning I need to bring back, I was watching her Kitty. She wanted me to go to Limestone with her to pick up her dogs. Somehow it took the whole morning. I was anxious to get back to feed Roy.
So now I’m way behind. I have spot checked in every day, but thats all. But just wanted to let everybody know what’s going on here.
Oh CB. So sorry about your kitties - I hope they pick up again and you enjoy them for awhile longer.
Thx Judy. I wish they could talk. But then if I could I probably wouldn’t have liked them as much :-)
If they could talk I’m sure they’d be saying “thank you” a lot.

It looks like our departure is delayed. Our passports are at State Department. Our taxes haven’t been processed. Shoot, the IRS.gov site says they haven’t been received. But, I have been informed that the federal workforce only has about 33% working at any given time AND the offices are only open part of the day.
Big sigh.
I am hoping the two imposter senators from GA will actually be recalled now. Pubbies are then seated and we can begin to put an end to the madness. I can dream, can’t I?
