It does happen, especially when someone unconscious hits their head on the floor. I've seen many young men knocked out and a few people faint. But there were no convulsions in that video. She was only moving her legs.

I remember having to sit there in the clinic waiting for 20 minutes with no effects along with many others in the same boat. I was one of the “lucky”(?) ones that got a shot many of my brothers-in-arms suffered from and/or died from.
