It does happen, especially when someone unconscious hits their head on the floor. I've seen many young men knocked out and a few people faint. But there were no convulsions in that video. She was only moving her legs.

She was only moving her legs.
The legs were twitching, not just moving. (there are both fainters and seizurers on my wife's side of the family.)
