With the purchase of the three-bedroom, five-bedroom beachfront condo in swanky Palm Beach, which is colloquially known as "Billionaire's Row," Hannity joins a number of conservative firebrands who have decamped south to Florida — including fellow Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Newsmax owner Chris Ruddy, former Republican presidential candidate turned "Borat 2" star Rudy Giuliani, and commentators Ann Coulter and Ben Shapiro. The late conservative radio star Rush Limbaugh and the late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes were also residents of Palm Beach prior to their deaths.

Be careful around St Marys G and Fernandina Bch. There was/is a lumber mill that puts out nasty pollutants and smell.
If the wind is right you will pick up on it. If not you’ll miss it.
I actually sold our home in Coral Gables in Jan 2020. Bought a home in northern New Hampshire that’s worth twice what I paid for it last year
Mark Steyn lives up there.
Probably old money that has passed on and now the estate is unloading it.
As a tell tech in that area I saw some pretty ornate interiors that underwent uptodate transformations after the flip
Yes. We’re looking there, too.
I visited Gulf Shores in the late ‘60’s when there was nothing more than a fishing pier. We lived in Mobile for a while.
It looks like it’s changed quite a bit.
Very attractive.
Wonder if Ainsley is also going.
I wonder if his morning show girlfriend will accompany him?
Good. As long as he stays out of Wyoming. Almost no easties or westies are moving to Wyoming. A good place to be when the SHTF. Almost no one can carry enough gasoline to make it from the west coast to Wyoming.
They split I believe.
Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!
All conservative are welcome in Florida.
General Flynn just bought a home minutes from my office.
“I have to wonder why Sean Hannity, or for that matter, the late Rush Limbaugh, President Trump, and other conservatives would move to Palm Beach County...”
Reverse business psychology. If the libs were going to protect their voting base in Florida, would they drive it out with taxes and laws or let it run it’s course with their protective overseeing. And they can’t dissect one piece of land to pick on. They would have to leave high profile conservatives alone or get noticed with the attacks nationally and obvious. They live there and the liberals have built their wall for them.

Hopefully the locals can regroup and toss Cheney.
Needs updating
Wyoming has local corruption problems, like any State. The clot of billionaire wackos at Jackson Hole skews things quite a bit.
Sounds derogatory .
Sometimes these real estate columns are not entirely correct. For instance the condo(price probably double from 2 years ago) is not on what is called “billionaires row” but it is close by and it happens to be close to Mar-a-Lago, too. Rush’s place isn’t is close to Trump as these articles usually state. But Rush was near Howard Stern and the old Kennedy place.
Houses in northern NH, Maine and Vt have been selling like crazy the last two years because they were way under the national average. Especially if they are not near a ski resort or lake.
A friend but a small farm. About 12 acres outside of Lancaster for $160 a little over a year ago.
You have to really enjoy winter sports to live up there. It starts in November and does not end until May.
Even condos at Jay Peak in northern VT are cheap in comparison to other New England ski resorts. They are probably half the price of a condo at Killington.
Yep, Houses near Rush are closer to 50 million.
Great memories of Jay, driving up to Canada to buy Brador Beer and having them tear the car apart thinking they would find weed.
Happy to see conservatives leaving liberal hell holes. Sad to see liberals coming to ruin conservative enclaves and freedom zones.
