OSHA Backtracks on Employer Vaccine Liability
Charlotte, NC — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has done an about-face regarding an employer’s liability if it mandates the experimental COVID-19 vaccine and an employee suffers an adverse reaction.
As recently reported, OSHA stated it would follow current legal standards under 29 CFR 1904.7 making a business liable for any injuries an employee has to a vaccine if the shot is required by the employer.
However, OSHA states it, along with the Department of Labor (DOL), wants every American to submit to the government’s medical experiment and it will no longer follow the legal standards.
“DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations,” an update to OSHA’s frequently asked questions (FAQ) page states.“OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.”

We recently updated colors, at the family lake place.
The SW manager told us that they can’t even make sample sizes, right now, because the base color, in that size, is OUT of stock, pretty much across the country.
And, they’re having a hard time supplying oil based (exterior and trim) paints, due to shortages.
Maybe a chemical used in paint is Made in China?? I have no idea.

Biden Lied to Miners: “Made in America” Electric Car Metals Will Be Imported
Biden was going around the country billing this as a “Future Made in America” because it was all going to be done in the United States.
Unsurprisingly, he lied.
The first step of the process is getting the raw materials and those are not coming from America.
Biden will rely on ally countries to supply the bulk of the metals needed to build electric vehicles and focus on processing them domestically into battery parts, part of a strategy designed to placate environmentalists, two administration officials with direct knowledge told Reuters.

The United Mine Workers, in yet another futile effort to get workers to vote for Biden, touted his “climate” plan that would end coal, but create exciting new green jobs.
Except, as usual, those jobs won’t be coming. Not to America anyway.

Joe Biden’s campaign has privately told U.S. miners it would support boosting domestic production of metals used to make electric vehicles, solar panels and other products crucial to his climate plan, according to three sources familiar with the matter, in a boon for the mining industry.
The Obama administration enacted rigorous environmental regulations that slowed U.S. mining sector growth during its time in office. Biden, who served as Obama’s vice president and is well-regarded in conservation circles, has been expected to continue in that vein.
The U.S. Democratic presidential candidate also supports bipartisan efforts to foster a domestic supply chain for lithium, copper, rare earths, nickel and other strategic materials that the United States imports from China and other countries, the sources said.
“Building back better involves miners,” said Rich Nolan, head of the National Mining Association, an industry trade group. “The Biden campaign understands the need for domestic supply chains.”
Nah.
Biden lied. The American economy died.
Rather than focus on permitting more U.S. mines, Biden’s team is more focused on creating jobs that process minerals domestically into electric vehicle (EV) battery parts, according to the people.
And then it’ll turn out that it’s just simpler to have China do it. And, in the usual Obama fashion, the plan to build a domestic subsidized ‘green economy’ will mean sending billions of dollars to China... to compete with China by buying Chinese systems.
That is just BEAUTIFUL!

May 26 (Reuters) - Alaska’s Great Sitkin volcano is erupting, sparking a red warning, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said bit.ly/3yGFjP6 early on Thursday.
The Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO) issued a red aviation alert level warning for Great Sitkin, meaning “significant emission of volcanic ash into the atmosphere likely.”

That explains it, they said I would have to buy a quart to check the color match. it would have been about $60 to get one in flat and one in semi-gloss so I decided to wait.
I guess I’ll have to try Lowe’s or Home Depot. If it takes several tries to get the right color, that can add up.
Sigh. I went antique shopping with some friends this morning. I was looking for two matching chairs to put in a viewing area in the dining room. But I came home with a plate that had a kitchen prayer. It’s the last thing I needed but it was so cute!

The vaccine manufacturers are given immunity. Now employers if they mandate the vaccine.
This should make anyone wonder about those vaccines, even if they haven’t heard a thing about all the side effects. WHY do all these entities need immunity if there is no problem?
