Trump is intensifying his public statements about election fraud in the 2020 election, not lessening them.
He is not through fighting.
Trump knows the truth about what happened.
So do the Dems and the media, and they are scared.
AZ is leading the way, and you see the tremendous opposition hurled at them for doing the audit.
Same in NH.
Soon, WI and MI and GA.
DC is in a panic.

The day of reckoning, on many levels, is approaching.

I’ve always been hopeful that the election fraud would see the light of day, exit. Who would overturning the election and putting President Trump rightfully back in office be up to? If several states find their election was hijacked, where does it go from there? Supreme Court? So far, there’s little reason to think they’ll do the right thing if it is up to them.

I’m not sure why it’s thought that the Supreme Court cannot change their minds about decisions that were made decades (or even centuries) ago. If that was the case, why are we still trying to overturn Roe v. Wade?

If fraud is proven and courts at the State and Federal refuse to do anything, then it is up tot the State legislatures to decertify the election results and certify the correct votes.
Failing that, the military would be the only way.
And as woke as they are, they may operate to avoid a civil war, because 75 million Americans are not going to allow a dementia patient to steal the Oval Office.
I don’t even know the procedure. My thinking was that IF it involved the Supreme Court, I wouldn’t be surprised if they wouldn’t even take it up.
The interesting thing about Roe v. Wade is that, after striking down all abortion laws in the US, the Supreme Court itself instituted the trimester system.
The Supreme Court has no power to create law, it is only empowered to rule on the constitutionality of existing law.
70 million abortions in America since 1973 was the result of the Supreme Court usurping the power of states to regulate abortion.
And now, they are taxpayer funded.

Did you know there’s an audit of ballots in New Hampshire?
Did you know: a majority of ballots had been folded & were creased?
Did you know: as many as 60% of the folded ballots were improperly counted by the machines?
Did you know: the audit was ordered because the machines did not count the votes from the physical ballots accurately?
Did you know: the first recount showed R votes were undercounted while D votes were overcounted?
Only a hand recount caught the errors.

I’m not aware of a procedure. My opinion is that’s why the process was set up with so many checks and balances, to catch fraud before it got too far. I doubt the Founding Fathers thought they were virtuous and would never cheat to be elected so they didn’t need to take that into consideration in coming up with the processes.
I’d love for someone to find a court case where an election result was overturned months, if not years after the fact. To be honest, if there is one, I think it would have been trotted out long before now.

It didn’t “suddenly become credible” it was always credible. It literally always made the most sense. I understand the desired narrative media always wanted but didn’t anyone think the most likely scenario was the virus magically originated feet from the lab that worked with it?
