I don’t even know the procedure. My thinking was that IF it involved the Supreme Court, I wouldn’t be surprised if they wouldn’t even take it up.
I’m not aware of a procedure. My opinion is that’s why the process was set up with so many checks and balances, to catch fraud before it got too far. I doubt the Founding Fathers thought they were virtuous and would never cheat to be elected so they didn’t need to take that into consideration in coming up with the processes.
I’d love for someone to find a court case where an election result was overturned months, if not years after the fact. To be honest, if there is one, I think it would have been trotted out long before now.
