The proceedings shall be deemed a civil action.
§ 16–3502. Parties who may institute; ex rel. proceedings.
The Attorney General of the United States or the United States attorney may institute a proceeding pursuant to this subchapter on his own motion or on the relation of a third person. The writ may not be issued on the relation of a third person except by leave of the court, to be applied for by the relator, by a petition duly verified setting forth the grounds of the application, or until the relator files a bond with sufficient surety, to be approved by the clerk of the court, in such penalty as the court prescribes, conditioned on the payment by him of all costs incurred in the prosecution of the writ if costs are not recovered from and paid by the defendant.
§ 16–3503. Refusal of Attorney General or United States attorney to act; procedure.
If the Attorney General or United States attorney refuses to institute a quo warranto proceeding on the request of a person interested, the interested person may apply to the court by certified petition for leave to have the writ issued. When, in the opinion of the court, the reasons set forth in the petition are sufficient in law, the writ shall be allowed to be issued by any attorney, in the name of the United States, on the relation of the interested person on his compliance with the condition prescribed by section 16-3502 as to security for costs.

A quo warranto may be issued from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in the name of the District of Columbia against —

(2) one or more persons who act as a corporation within the District of Columbia without being duly authorized, or exercise within the District of Columbia corporate rights, privileges, or franchises not granted them by law in force in the District of Columbia.
The proceedings shall be deemed a civil action.

Kamala’s mother was a citizen of India and also only temporarily sojourning in the USA, Kamala Harris is an “anchor baby” and was not born of parents who were under the full political jurisdiction of the USA. So the 14th Amendment if she was taken before the U.S. Supreme Court under the WKA (1898) decision she would learn that decision does not apply to her status. Vice President Pence is likely the only one with the ability to overcome the “standing” technicalities to get the case adjudicated by the federal courts. But since the RNC has its own stable of constitutionally ineligible candidates, such as Cruz and Jindall, such case will likely not be brought.
Harris is in other words a female analog of Obama who is like Obama, not constitutionally eligible for the office they seek. Neither Harris or Obama had a U.S. Citizen or immigrant father when they were born. Both were born with foreign allegiance and foreign influences on them at birth, exactly what the founders and framers did not want for future Presidents and VPs after the founding generation was gone. Kamala Harris is not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States to constitutional standards as is required by the 12th Amendment, last line. She is not constitutionally eligible for the office she seeks. She was born with foreign influence and foreign innate allegiances. She must not be elected to the office she seeks. She should be removed from the ballot. VP Pence has been sent this information. We’ll see if he brings any of it up during the debate.”

Unlike Obama I think that it is absolutely clear that she does not meet the constitutional requirment.
Chief Justice John Roberts was the only dissenter in the U.S Supreme Court’s most recent ruling favoring a couple of Christian students who challenged their university for restricting when, where, and how they could speak about their faith and disseminate materials on campus.

Well this is from a Tim Dixon who has been relaying some prophetic dreams that seem to me to be accurate, I hope. Back 13 days ago God gave him one re things will start collapsing politically for Biden big time within 30 days. Phoenix then Atlanta would face major exposure with consequences. 3 tornadoes hitting simultaneously in Atlanta, fly plague in DC and in areas of California, sounds biblical ya know. Very fascinating humble fellow, a long distance trucker and preacher.

The two German Shepherds belonging to President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden were returned to the Biden family home in Delaware last week after aggressive behavior at the White House involving Major Biden, two sources with knowledge tell CNN.
Major, who was adopted by Biden in November 2018 from a Delaware animal shelter, had what one of the people described as a “biting incident” with a member of White House security. The exact condition of the victim is unknown, however, the episode was serious enough that the dogs were subsequently moved to Wilmington, Delaware, where they remain.
CNN reached out to the White House for comment and did not immediately receive a reply.
