Excuse me if this is a stupid question, but if QAnon is such an existential threat to our republic, as the media and federal law enforcement agencies would have us believe, why haven't they captured or neutralized this threat? After all, we're not talking about cave-hopping, Tora-Bora dwelling Jihadis. The alleged threat isn't emanating from some faraway land. Supposedly, this group is home grown and the US government, we are also led to believe, is keeping close tabs on them. Yet, with the plethora of mind-bogglingly sophisticated tracking and surveillance technology at their disposal, are we supposed to believe the government is helpless against this seemingly almighty foe? Isn't it obvious by now that this whole thing is a crock of BS? There, I said it.

My post at 29 was speaking to a more general issue about people sometimes believing things they would not otherwise believe.
And then there are the posters that makes claims without providing any evidence, and essentially crap on threads about quantum financial systems, Biden body doubles, Biden not living in the White House, etc. Think that helps the conservative cause?

What can be seen is that you slander, defame, demean, or liable

I am a firm believer in free speech. There are plenty of posts all over FR, including the Q threads, that I consider false, nuts, out there, etc. Do I make it my business to hector, criticize, troll, try to get people banned or threads shut down?

Near as I can see “Q” is an Anon.
I’ve seen the name “Q Research this” and “Q Research that” boards @ 8_ _ _ _, but not a Qanon board.
I’ve seen the name Qanon referred to, where its in the name that are archived\backup databases that have a search engine for “Q” drops.
Those seem to be outside that the board owner’s realm.
But go ahead and find where I missed something...no big deal. I miss a lot of stuff.
I’ll provide a mea culpa for not knowing everything about “Q”.

I’ve posted on 4c.., 8c.. 8k.. where Q posts his posts claiming to serve
at the pleasure of the President. Claiming to be less than 10, only 3
non military. I’ve had at least one tweet go a bit viral. I’ve had my 10K+
Tweets and saw my account (@easystreet4) become deplorably deletable.
Same with a 2000+ paid for Meme Library account on FLickr
I’ve posted endlessly here and in Ransomnote’s excellent gathering
of like minded patriots in their 2K posts every few days QAnon threads.
I follow Q and the Anon’s admonitions to think and research for myself,
and trust myself. I don’t have all the answers, but with a little help, and sharing, and praying and discussing and Meme-ing all the things from
all the places with all my FRiends, I’m definitely paying attention, and
fake news has a short half life in (most of) our presence.
We don’t have bosses, we assign ourselves our own missions.
We don’t get paid.
No time clocks or punch cards.
No expense reports, except to significant others.
I decided the best use of my skills would involve sacrificing some
anonymity, by carrying “notables” and Memes and articles and comments
of interest back and forth, and sharing some social media and computer
and other skills with my first family of social media friends, here on Free
Republic.
I’m Retired from 30 years as a designer, patent contributor, inventor, and
engineer, doing fascinating advanced R&D prototype stuff and then
finally, management, all in a company that liked to tell us all to
“THINK”
(And was told by one of the managers there that I’m the
smartest person they ever met, which may say way more
about them, than me.)
Before that, I did a few other things, including 6 years USAF.

Agreed. And if someone does some ‘jackassin - makes claims without even a modicum of evidence or documentation, I believe it’s appropriate to call out that post/poster.
Otherwise, we’re opening up discussions to use a standard of objective truth - whatever happens to be in vogue at the moment.
