The pizza oven might be coming home today. Hubby went over to check with the neighbor on the status of his tractor. He offered to lend it to put the oven in a trailer, and then even lend it to trailer it over to get the oven out of the trailer. But that means two trailers are needed.
We did get a little burn with the place so we’re thinking about converting it to a chicken coop. They had the Little Darlings on display at Tractor Supply yesterday. I wonder how I tell girls from boys?
SHIT!!! I HAVE AN IDEA THAT OUR NEIGHBOR IN BACK IS GETTING READY TO GROW MARIJUANA. ABOUT 12 YEARS AGO THEY BUILT A RAISED BED WITH RAILROAD TIES. I WOULD SAY 20X20 OR BIGGER. THE FIRST YEAR THEY PUT IN SOME TOMATOES AND CORN. THE NEXT YEAR SUNFLOWERS. AFTER THAT NOTHING. NOW THIS YEAR HE CLEANED THE WEEDS OUT OF IT AND PLOWED IT UP AND PUT DOWN PEAT. NOW HE IS REMOVING ALL THE 3” FENCE SLATS WHERE THEY LEFT A GOOD INCH OR MORE BETWEEN THEM AND PUTTING UP A SOLDID FENCE. HE’S EVEN REMOVING HIS SLATS WHERE WE PUT A SOLID FENCE SO WE DIDN’T HAVE TO LOOK AT THEIR WEEDS. IF IT IS MARIJUANA OUR WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD WILL SMELL LIKE SKUNK. :-(

Oh Spunky! I don’t know what to tell you......CB has a pretty good idea with the Roundup. Just don’t get caught. Is this legal? If it’s not legal, you can report him. Or you can just keep an eye on things and when he’s not home, rent out your yard to “pickers” by the hour.

Yes I live in WA and it is legal to smoke it but so far it has been a felony to grow it. But that is changing.

Oh, I’m sure that will pass. I’m assuming actual ‘grow farms’ are licensed? I mean, the stuff they sell has to come from somewhere!
Regardless, a lot of people are starting/restarting gardens this year; I’ll send vibes that they’re going to grow fruits and veggies.
I am in pain. This AM I took my SIL to buy some native azaleas. I only bought three. So, I planted those, AND the hibiscus and the butterfly bush she gave me. I ALSO planted two other azaleas my dad had given me. AND, I planted about 10 - 15 boxwoods.
I have taken advil and somadril. I hope that is enough to overcome this amazing soreness.
BTW, I hate, loathe, and despise poison ivy.
