I would love to see a population flow map. Where are all the people coming from? And what’s happening to those communities.
At least two of our showings were realtors videotaping the place. Obviously for out-of-town clients. I just hope the one that we accepted the offer from isn’t one of those. He might show up and look at the place and change his mind.
On the other hand they really have no choice. With houses selling in a couple days they either have to accidentally be here at the right time something comes on the market or take a chance.
Me too, then we need to go have pizza together next time I get to Nashville.

Freeperville.....that has a nice ring to it. Must be a FReeper to apply, and even then we’d have to do some “screening”. lol Let’s see now.....who could run for mayor? If Jim didn’t want to (he would of course by the Honorary Mayor) who would we get? Lysie will be too busy running the diner. Vlad will be filling the town billboards with his great posters. Spirit can be director of research and planning. CB, you would be great as assistant researcher, plus, with your oven, you could keep the residents supplied with your home-made pizzas! So many jobs to match with FReepers! Rusty and gub can run the accounting department at the town hall and keep our taxes low.

Democrats Want Feds To Block Miami Latinos From Hearing Conservative Radio
After Republicans increased their share of the Hispanic vote in 2020, Congressional Democrats are clamoring to use the force of government to prevent Latinos from hearing conservative ideas.
Multiple members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), including Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), the chair of its political arm, want the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to block the sale of a Miami Spanish-language radio station to a company they believe will move its programming from a left-wing to a right-wing slant.
America CV, a Spanish-language media company, announced that it was buying Caracol 1260 AM this month. Soon after, it said it would change the station’s name to America Radio and replaced Raul Martinez, a liberal talk show host and former government official, Newsweek reported.
Marcell Felipe, cofounder of the company, told The Daily Wire, “America Teve is being accused of being conservative because it is anti-Castro. We will not apologize for promoting democracy and opposing the Castro regime because we represent a community who are victims of that regime.”
Gallego lamented that Hispanics might vote Republican since those who preferred to consume media in the Spanish language did not watch CNN.
