Hubby and I were just discussing that are type of pet hair might be different than the normal type of pet hair that gets picked up by a vacuum. My male Persian has 6 inch long hair in places. So it’s probably more like picking up humhuman ir although it is softer and finer. So it gets tied up in vacuum brushes very easily. I can’t imagine there’s really a cure for that other than me stopping after each room and pulling the hair out.
How are things going with you? I feel out of touch. But everytime I look on that FR it looks like the Articles aren’t changing. So I may not be missing much news but I’m not keeping up with you guys either!
The house will be on the market next week! We got a realtor and she’s really sweet and flexible. We got a 90-day listing and she charges 1%. We submitted our own write up and photos and she said she will use them. She says it is better if the client write something because they know the house and the property much better than a realtor ever could. The only photos I submitted were of the property in the different seasons. Since we are in the ugliest please and right now. But she had a photographer show up that has some pretty fancy looking equipment.
Once again I’m pretty disappointed in the locals. We did talk to two other local Realtors, figuring they know the area best and have a lot of acreage properties for sale. It wasn’t even that they insisted on a 6-month listing or the usual Commission. Although that was hubby’s reason to go with someone else :-) when I mentioned we were talking to the 1% lady, they were spreading all sorts of lies and disinformation about her. They said that she would do anything other than listed, she wouldn’t deal with contracts, she wouldn’t deal with anything having to do with the closing, etc. All wrong. We went with the 1% guy in Bakersfield. He did everything the usual realtor does. Listing is really very little work, and they know they’ll get paid if the house sells. It’s the buying agents that work so hard. And I know these guys do both sides so they can get some income and that’s fine. I just don’t like the lies. And again these are people that go to church 3 days a week.

I finally got to watch season 7 of Blacklist.
Episode #19 was bizarre being mostly cartoonish but in the world of COVID they did their best.
I think Elizabeth’s mom, Katarina, will turn out to be the real villain or is it just that I don’t like her and like Red more?
Is season 8 out?
I’ll probably have to wait another year to watch it.
One of the cheaper ones might be okay. The reviews and advertising say that they pick up pet hair.
I decided my elderly cats would probably be too scared of it. They hate the vacuum cleaner. If this thing goes everyday it might be traumatic so I think I’ll wait. But actually once I don’t have the kitties I won’t need it. At least not as much. So I saved myself some $ too!
I’m going to go over and mop today. Take Cooper for a walk. It’s supposed to be over 80 already! You probably have had those temperatures for a while though. I had to go find my t-shirts.

We will need the money to pour into this house. Every single faucet leaks! The flooring is all stained and worn everywhere. And the kitchen is downright hideous. But for some reason I love this house! It has potential I guess.
My DIL has one and she loves it. They have all hardwood floors, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Proby is happy eating cantaloupe. He loves it.
