When the post says “Face with tears of joy” it means that Jenna posted an emoji (the face laughing with tears in its eyes) after she wrote what she wanted to post. They’re just describing the emoji.
Congress said, "Someone may steal from it at night." So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job.
Then Congress said, "How does the watchman do his job without instruction?" So they created a planning department and hired two people, one person to write the instructions, and one person to do time studies.
Then Congress said, "How will we know the night watchman is doing his tasks correctly?" So they created the Quality Control Department and hired two people. One to do the studies and one to write the reports.
Then Congress said, "How are these people going to get paid?" So they created a time keeper and a payroll officer position. Then hired two people.
Then Congress said, "Who will be accountable for all of these people?" So they created an administrative section and hired three people: An Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and a Legal Secretary.
Then Congress said, "We have had this command in operation for one year and we are $18,000 over budget, we must cutback overall cost." So they laid off the night watchman.

Im meeting after chiropractor... with potential buyer for my “home”. It is condemmned and to be razed. I have appeals etc to stretch it out. Sad the story of its demise but I find my peace in trusting God
moving everyday a few yard “things” from home to Jenny’’s condo/garden area.
I love this time of year. Moderate temps 50=70.. no bugs . low humidity .. moderate pollen(conifers)

You are going through a lot. Although it seems as if you are working your way through the morass. Good luck with the stove shopping. There is so much variety these days. It is easy to become overwhelmed. But fun times. Enjoy the choices.
As for my problem with the software. I’ve gotten a few things solved and configured. I’m still working my way through the layers. It’s coming. It just takes patience and persistence. I suspect that at the bottom this is just another I.D.10-T problem.

With politicians it’s about issues and optics. Politicians need issues to run on. Trump proved that issues could be resolved which is the cardinal sin of Washington DC politics.
