Residential convention for double-hung windows has the inside sash normally the bottom sash unless the owner changes them.
This makes inserting a pre-manufactured, double-hung sash set, easier.
However, this will alter the insulating properties as the rails will not line-up and seal properly.

I recall one house that my parents owned some 25 years ago that had full-height screens and allowed you to slide the upper sash down as well as raise the lower sash like a normal double-hung. It was kind of nice. There were side latches so that the upper wouldn’t fall and could be latched in the full closed position.
I rather liked that design. Seems that with the right fan setup, you could circulate some air within a room nicely.
I forgot Wilma was a ginger.
That’s hot.
Ugh, I'll have to circle back on that one, haven't spoke to President Biden on his favorite M&M color.
Looks like she stepped on a LEGO.
lots of background noise...
one question for all, if people think the pictures were made at a copy of the oval office, where is that office/WH? how did everyone get there? imo not logical...this last video shows several congresscritters..and the scene is not the oval office, did they change setting/room because of questions of authenticity?
The memos show Halper was repeatedly coached by the FBI on how to penetrate the Trump campaign foreign policy circle starting in August 2016 and how to quiz Page about several sensational allegations of collusion made by fellow FBI informant and former MI6 operative Christopher Steele in his now infamous dossier.

Makes me think Common Core is intentionally designed to avoid logic, which seems to be what is NOT taught.

Having taught 7th-grade math for the majority of my teaching career, I disagree with your observation. If you would like to discuss this further, please PM me. I am now retired.

They usually don’t bloom until late March or early April.
Now why would the price of a room at Trump Hotel jump like this on the 3rd and 4th of March?
***************
Most rooms booked during those dates, and few available.
What event will occur during that time in DC?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I’m not saying I’m not going to monitor. There’s still great content there. I’m just not going to chronicle there any more.

“Perhaps it was a masterful troll just to get the liberal murder hornets all stirred up.”
Clarify. Who is trolling whom? Sabatini is trolling the libs? Or Sabatini was trolled with a false news report?
If he was trolling he should have used a (Sarc off) tag.
SLIDE:
Yes, I know what you mean. Unfortunately, there are teachers who grasp a subject thoroughly but are unable to help students understand the concepts of that subject. It seems that math teachers are among the worst for this.
Teaching is art and science, and teachers need to be cognizant of the fact that childrens’s minds approach learning in a variety of ways. The truly successful teacher learns how to spot these diverging paths and use them to his advantage.
My girl brain has never been comfortable with spatial and dimensional challenges, and, while I have greatly improved regarding math over my many years, I am best staying with my strengths, the language arts.
In our house, if it involves numbers my husband is the one I consult. He calls on me for spelling and grammar.
