Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

I kinda laugh at this for two reasons. 1) due to the Q post and 2) there was a comic from DC in the late 80s about a quasi-governmental organization that did espionage and security called Checkmate. It wasn’t Bad until the original writer changed... went downhill from there.

The Department of Homeland Security announced via tweet Tuesday that the U.S., Canada and Mexico have agreed to keep the borders closed through at least Feb. 21 as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to worsen.

It’s common sense that the coils of barbed/razor wire are in the side that people are being held, to prevent them from leaving. Other places in that short video the coils are on the top or other side. Around the Capitol the coils appear to be on the inside. Glad you retweeted that.

IIRC Barr had all the docs, means Acting AG has them I would assume. Does Ratcliffe come into play here? I wonder if Trump has personal access to them maybe? I would assume so, maybe has read them or at least synopsis.
