Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Haha no worries! I read that Manchin says there is no doubt that Trump needs to be impeached. He’s a fickle one. So he can stay on where he is.

Also, when people are participating in something evocative (say, two people falling in love looking deep at each other), often, their eyes dart from one side to the other rapidly.
Apparently, in some unknown way, eye movements are involved in neurologically storing, retrieving, or fixing memories.
So the eye therapy regimen helps people to recover from trauma by helping them to re-process the events.

My wife has PSTD and her eyes will do this when she gets really mad. It’s unsettling.

I didn’t feel it, about 15 minutes southwest of Mar-a-Lago. Just emailed friends in Broward County, to see if they felt or noticed anything unusual...
I’m with the reporter - with the additional mil flights and activity I could easily see this as a sonic boom and that is interesting in itself as military doesn’t normally do that close to civilian areas - not only due to noise complaints but also possible damage.
If military went supersonic close to civilians there is either a hot dog or a definite reason.
