I have figured out how Donald Trump will remain president legally for four more years.
We know Trump will remain president, a few clues have been given by Q and Lin Wood.
1. It will be constitutional.
2. The military is the only way

If the Insurrection Act is declared, the military will take over the courts.
If you recall, Sidney Powell is a registered military lawyer. Sidney will (already is?) make her case before the military courts.
These courts will declare the electors void. The Constitution states that if the president is not determined by January 20th, that the Speaker of the House becomes president. That of course would be Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi will not be speaker of the house as she will be arrested on treason charges. That makes Secretary of State Pompeo the acting president.
Pompeo will select Donald Trump as his vice president, and he will then resign. Four more years of Donald Trump!

Military takedowns and arrests begin this weekend and will continue forward for the next 13 days/nights. Some international raids have already started.

The implementation of the Insurrection Act began after the raid on the Capitol and was marked by Trump’s broadcast to the people to disband and return home. This broadcast wound up being blocked, for the most part, by the media. Nevertheless, his address fulfilled the requirements to initiate the Act.
Marines and National Guard troops are being moved as needed for the riots that will start after the national release of the intel. The intel will be dropped for everyone to see and hear in loops that will be several hours long. The system was just checked by the FCC a few days ago alerting ALL media that they cannot block the flow of intel under federal regs.
Trump will be moved continuously like a chess piece from now until the 20th in order to avoid any retaliation against him and family.

Here is some real reporting done by a Japanese journalist that observed the Capital building break in and shooting of Babbit. Clearly shows demonstrators changing clothes and agitating Trump supporters into violence. Excellent video analysis presented on Epoch times. She is familiar with the tactics used by the leftist, as she has seen in done in Okinawa. Great reporting.

You forget a new unelected VP has to be approved by both House and Senate (as I recall). Not same as confirmation for cabinet members.
