Dave has not been on youtube for quite awhile. He was purged. As he has explained, anything on youtube that purports to be X22 is a fake account. His videos can be seen only on x22report.com. He also has a private server as a backup. Suggest anyone who wants to go to x22report.com and sign up for his email alerts. He says if they deplatform his site he will let everyone on his email list where to go. To signup it just takes a first name and email address.
Don't know if it means the same thing as it does during athletic events, but in those circles, we make that sign to one another about someone who falls out a lot, and we have to stop to make sure they're ok. It symbolizes a portion of the female anatomy, and means the person is soft.
