Well how 'bout this? A deranged sociopath becomes the de facto dictator of America.
The RAGE of Pelosi against 80 million Trump voters is truly pathological. (Think Glenn Close Fatal Attraction character.) It's an oddity of large group behavior, according the the great theorist of group psychoanalysis, Wilfred Bion, that when a leader of a group is absent or perceived to be failing to provide leadership (or "DEPLATFORMED" and silenced by the media), then ... get this ... the group will often unconsciously choose the craziest person in the room as its new leader.
Enter Nanzi. She is not the only sociopath in politics (huge understatement), but she is the particular psychiatric case the media has managed to thrust forward as group leader.
This whole group insanity WILL DISSIPATE SOON. It always does.

Understood. I’m not a lawyer but I know that President Trump is nothing if not thorough, and he is great at anticipating remonstrances to his decisions, both real and concocted.
The chief clause of the Insurrection Act, in its original 1807 wording (which has been thoroughly updated since to reflect modern legalese), reads:
An Act authorizing the employment of the land and naval forces of the United States, in cases of insurrections -
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in all cases of insurrection, or obstruction to the laws, either of the United States, or of any individual state or territory, where it is lawful for the President of the United States to call forth the militia for the purpose of suppressing such insurrection, or of causing the laws to be duly executed, it shall be lawful for him to employ, for the same purposes, such part of the land or naval force of the United States, as shall be judged necessary, HAVING FIRST OBSERVED ALL THE PREREQUISITES OF THE LAW IN THAT RESPECT (emphasis mine).
Pelosi and gang went after him for imaginary crimes so it’s reasonable that he’d want to make sure that he followed the letter of the law and made sure he had satisfied all the prerequisites for the IA’s invocation, whether or not my reading or your reading suggests it was necessary. It’s in the Act, so he made sure he did it so they couldn’t play gotcha and invalidate his invocation on that point alone.

I agree. I’ve seen Sara Cater’s work more than Lin Woods. But I am open to analyzing both of them and seeing if either is off track or otherwise not serving The Storm well. I’m praying for discernment and looking at everyone to see if they are wavering, are pressured, or if they are saving the day. I accept I won’t know for certain, but I will certainly try!

I see your reasoning. And if he does or has already invoked it, the sons of lady dogs in the House can’t do anything about it. The NDAA that he signed had some kind of clause or whatever it’s called that required POTUS to certify, I think that’s the word, with Congress before invoking the Act. If I got it wrong hopefully someone will correct me, so if he signed it, he must not have observed that stupid new addition. Hopefully someone will correct this.
