Please note that I was neither the first nor the last to post about MonkeyWerx’ latest video, nor I was the only poster to repeat what he stated.
MonkeyWerx shares his expertise regarding military/civilian air traffic, which I find interesting. Perhaps he shared intel that he was not privileged to share and that is the reason he “walked back” the info about POTUS being in TX. Or perhaps he/his sources were indeed mistaken and POTUS was NOT in TX. Who knows? I certainly am not privy to any of the goings on and rely mostly on fellow FReeQrs for information and links in order to discern for myself.
With that, I thank you for watching out for me by writing that I should be “careful about passing along things in this fog of war.”

Several different possibilities.
For an ATM transaction to work:
The machine must have the cash.
The bank account must have the needed balance.
The connection between the ATM and its owner bank must be working.
The connection between the ATM bank and the customer's bank must be working.
probably a few other pieces in the chain of events to complete a transaction, and ALL must be working for the transaction to complete.
Problems could be local, or dependent on particular banks, or on particular networks.
